SHRED Power Cleanse Shopping List Week One
The SHRED Power Cleanse includes smoothies, shakes, snacks and salads. You can use this shopping list as a general guide for what you will need for the next seven days. We cannot provide an exact shopping list because YOU will ultimately choose which smoothies, shakes, snacks and salads you will make. Snacks You will have 14 snacks (2 per day) during week 1. You can choose any of the items below:
• 15 baby carrots • 1 celery stalk cut into slices • 15 cucumber slices • 20 almonds • 10 cherry tomatoes • Any piece of fruit • 1 cup of any type of berries
Smoothie Ingredients You will drink 14 smoothies over the next 7 days. This is an approximate ingredient list for 14 smoothies. Please note you can use either fresh or frozen fruit.
• 3-‐cups cold-‐pressed apple juice • 3-‐cups blueberries • 1 red pear • 3 Bartlett pears • 2-‐cups curly kale • Baby spinach • Swiss chard • 1 Avocado • 2 ½-‐cups strawberries • 1 cup raspberries • Unfiltered flax seed oil • 2 lemons • 1 lime • Plain or strawberry low-‐fat yogurt • Vanilla nonfat yogurt • Low-‐fat or fat free blueberry Greek yogurt • 2 oranges (any variety) • 1 large Valencia or navel orange • 1-‐cup peach (fresh or frozen) • 4 bananas
• 2 cups fresh orange juice • 3 Gala apples • Green seedless grapes • 1 mango • Celery • Vanilla hemp powder • Unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla) • Cinnamon • Rolled oats • Chia seeds • Organic raw honey • Mixed berry juice
Clean Salads/roasted vegetables You will eat at least 3 clean salads. You have a choice between a clean salad or roasted vegetables on the other 4 days for a total of 7 servings. Salads generally includes:
• About 3-‐cups leafy greens • Tomatoes • Olives • Cucumbers • Onion • Green, yellow an/or red peppers • Shredded carrot • 2 tablespoons fat-‐free or low-‐fat dressing (70 cals or less, 400 milligrams sodium or less
for 2 tablespoons) Roasted Vegetable options include:
• Peppers • Onion • Brussels sprouts • Carrots • Tomatoes • Squash • Zucchini • Potatoes • Beets • Broccoli • Mushrooms • Kale
Shake Ingredients You will drink 7 shakes this week. This is an approximate ingredient list for 7 shakes.
• Vitamin-‐D fortified 2% milk (at least a gallon) • Reduced fat chocolate milk • Nonfat vanilla yogurt • Nonfat chocolate yogurt • 4 Bananas • Pitted dates • Vanilla hemp protein powder • Vanilla extract • Flaxseed oil • Old fashioned rolled oats • Unsalted organic peanut butter • Unsweetened cocoa • Organic honey • Cinnamon
