Wat doet Lagotronics?Twee van onze hoofdactiviteiten hebben een groothandelfunctie. Lagotronics is groothandel voor het International LightACTS verlichtingspakket en voor ledverlichting onder de eigen merknamen LagoLED® en DecaLED®. De andere activiteiten zijn projectmatig van aard. Zo verkoopt Lagotronics audiovisuele systemen, decorverlichting en speltechnieken voor TV en theater producties, maar ook interactieve systemen voor pretparken en musea.

Well, how do you know Lagotronics? You know Lagotronics as a supplier of the International LightACTS product range? As a pioneer and expert in the field of LED lighting? Indeed, there is even a small group that knows us primarily from various television and theatre sets that we and our partners have enhanced with decorative lighting, game technology and voting systems. What does Lagotronics do? From our five main activities two have a wholesale function. Lagotronics is wholesaler for the International LightACTS product range and for professional LED lighting under its own brands LagoLED® and DecaLED®. The other three activities are project-based. Lagotronics sells audiovisual systems, decorative lighting and game technology for TV and theatre productions, but also interactive systems for theme parks and museums.

Hofstede Optiek, located in the heart of The Hague (the Netherlands), is an exclusive optician and eye care specialist, also providing optometry and contact lenses. Recently the interior was completely transformed based on a design of Alexander

Nowotny of Nowotny Architects. The execution was done by Van der Plas meubel & projekt bv, from Den Bosch (NL).

The organic shapes in the interior, with its many coves and diffuse curved surfaces required a creative approach to lighting. Therefore the assistance of Lagotronics BV was invoked. In consultation with the store owner and interior builder, most of the interior lighting is done with LED products from the DecaLED and International LightACTS series.

The back wall of the large displays is made in opal acrylic. To light up these entire wall, 15 pieces of DecaLED Color Bar 18 SC (warm white, version with lenses) were placed behind it. The units are driven by the DecaLED High Power DMX Controller TV. The white shelvings have an indirect color accent in the form of DecaLED Flex HD RGB. Using the DecaLED Controller 2, this can be configured in any desired color. The functional lights in the windows are formed by Dome LED Downlights by International LightACTS. All plinths are fitted with DecaLED Flex SC warm white for general orientation and a spatial effect.

For illuminating the curved walls, which are ongoing in the ceiling, as well as the many coves, Lagotronics used a customized product for this project: modular strips of 30cm with 5x1W warm white LEDs. The 250 strips are connected via a wired connection or a direct contact stitch. Several DecaLED Power Supply Units (24 VDC) deal with the supply of the LED strips.

De organische vormen in het interieur, met de vele koven en diffuse gebogen vlakken vroegen om een creatieve aanpak van de verlichting. Hiervoor is de hulp van Lagotronics BV ingeroepen. In goed overleg met de winkeleigenaar en de interieurbouwer is het grootste gedeelte van het interieur verlicht met led producten uit de DecaLED® en International LightACTS series.

De achterwand van de grote vitrines is uitgevoerd in opaal acrylaat, waarachter 15 stuks DecaLED® Color Bar 18 SC (warm wit, uitvoering met lenzen) zijn geplaatst, aangestuurd door de DecaLED® High Power DMX Controller TV. Het strijklicht laat de gehele achterwand oplichten. In de witte schappen is een indirect kleuraccent in de vorm van DecaLED® Flex HD RGB verwerkt. Deze kan door gebruik van de DecaLED® Controller 2 in elke gewenste kleur worden geconfigureerd. De functionele verlichting in de vitrines wordt gevormd door Dome LED Downlights van International LightACTS. Op alle plinten in de winkel is DecaLED® Flex SC warm wit aangebracht voor een ruimtelijk effect en algemene oriëntatie.

Voor de aanlichting van de gebogen wanden, die doorlopend in het plafond, alsmede de vele koven is gewerkt met een maatwerk product voor dit project: modulaire strips van 30cm met 5x1W warm witte leds. De 250 strips zijn onderling te koppelen via een draadverbinding of een rechtstreeks steekcontact. Enkele DecaLED® Power Supply Units (24 VDC) zorgen voor de voeding van de ledstrips.

In het Gelderse Huissen ligt de kledingzaak Monsoon voor heren- en damesmode. Installateur Rasoc Projectverlichting B.V. uit Nijmegen verzorgde de verlichting in de winkel. Hierbij is gebruik gemaakt van T5 Grill pendelspots uit het International

LightACTS programma van Lagotronics.

Monsoon is middels 16 T5 Grills verlicht op een zeer moderne en sfeervolle wijze. De montage op afstand van het plafond van de T5 Grills zorgt ervoor dat het licht zowel direct als indirect verspreid wordt.

De T5 Grill is in een aantal varianten beschikbaar. De basis bestaat uit een vierkant zilvergrijs aluminium frame dat zowel hangend als tegen een wand gemonteerd kan worden. Het monteren van verschillende lichtbronnen is hierbij mogelijk.

In kledingzaak Monsoon is gekozen voor een variant met 24W T5 tl-buizen en een gesatineerde acrylglasplaat. Dit zorgt voor een egale spreiding van het licht. Het resultaat is een functionele verlichting met een zeer neutrale wittint, welke in kledingzaken van belang is.

MonsoonThe Dutch city of Huissen in Gelderland is home to fashion store Monsoon, which provides men’s and women’s fashion. Installer Rasoc Projectverlichting BV from Nijmegen took care of lighting this store. T5 Grill hanging fixtures from Lagotronics’

International LightACTS product range were used for this purpose.

Monsoon, using 16 T5 Grills, is lit in a very modern and attractive manner. The mounting distance from the ceiling to the T5 Grills ensures that the light is spread both directly and indirectly.

The T5 Grill is available in a number of variations. The base consists of a square silver aluminium frame which can be used both suspended as a wall mounted. The fixture allows assembly of different light sources.

Monsoon clothing store has chosen for a version with 24W T5 fluorescent tubes and a satin acrylic sheet. This ensures an even spread of light. The result is functional lighting with a very neutral white, which is important in clothing stores.

Winkelverlichting | Store lighting


Rembrandt IJssalon & Chocolaterie in Boxmeer laat haar klanten genieten van ambachtelijk gemaakt schepijs en de chocolade creaties. Deze zaak is gevestigd in een recent gerestaureerd pand. Het ontwerp is daarbij gemaakt door

Interieurbedenkers. Men heeft een en ander zo ontworpen, dat het ijs en de chocolade in het middelpunt staan. De buitenwanden zijn zwart en het centrale deel is in wit uitgevoerd om hier de aandacht op te vestigen.

Voor de verlichting in het interieur is gekozen voor een groot aantal producten uit het International LightACTS pakket. Zo is er 24 meter Eutrac 3-fase rail geïnstalleerd, waaraan 12 stuks zwarte semi-transparante Acrylic Box II zijn bevestigd met telkens twee QRB111 lichtbronnen. In een verlaagd plafond zijn 16 stuks Quor 52 Downlight met een gesatineerde afdekplaat gemonteerd. Daarnaast is er gebruik gemaakt de New Tria I QRB Downlight en New Tria II MR16 Downlight inbouw plafondarmaturen. Aan de wanden zijn een aantal antraciet-kleurige Sitra wandarmaturen bevestigd. Boven de tafels zijn een vijftal Big Sun pendelarmaturen opgehangen, die voor een sfeervolle afwerking in het interieur zorgen.

Rembrandt IJssalon & Chocolaterie

Rembrandt IJssalon & Chocolaterie in Boxmeer lets customers enjoy handcrafted ice cream and chocolate creations. The etablissment is housed in a recently restored building. The design has been created by Interieurbedenkers. The design puts

the ice and chocolate in the centre of attention. The exterior walls are black, where the central area is coloured white, to draw the attention to it.

To light the interior the designer has chosen for a large number of products from the International LightACTS range. Some 24 meters Eutrac three-phase rail has been installed, with 12 pieces of black semi-transparent Acrylic Box II mounted onto it. Each one is fitted with two QRB111 light bulbs. In a suspended ceiling 16 pieces Quore 52 Downlight with a satin cover are fitted. In addition, the New Tria I QRB Downlight and New Tria II MR16 Downlight recessed ceiling fixtures are used. On the walls are a number of Sitra wall fixtures are mounted. Above the tables five Big Sun pendants are suspended for an attractive finish of the interior.

Winkelverlichting | Store lighting


Located at the border of the river Meuse, in the stately Scheepvaartkwartier of Rotterdam (the Netherlands), the Worldmuseum Rotterdam is located in the former Yacht Club of Prince Henry. Besides the exhibitions, the museum has several rooms that

are used for a wide range of events. The Ballroom and Lounge are located next to each other on the first floor of the historic building and have a panoramic view over the river Meuse. The original golden ornaments, the six meters high ceiling and wooden floor refer to the grandeur of yesteryear.

Recently, the historic Ballroom and Lounge were renovated in collaboration with Bourgonje geluid en lichtservice. Along the walls of two rooms, 24 pieces of DecaLED® Color Beam 36 are flush-mounted into the floor. The units are controlled by 8 pieces of DecaLED® High Power DMX Controller TV. The beams subtle light along the walls of the all-white interior by day, and light up the entire room at night.

The DecaLED® Color Beam 36 can be setup in any color tint and give it a decisive glow to the room atmosphere. Through an AMX touch panel which is installed in the wall, a number of presets or a specific color can easily be selected.

Gelegen aan de Maas, in het statige Scheepvaartkwartier van Rotterdam, heeft het Wereldmuseum zich gevestigd in de voormalige Yachtclub van Prins Hendrik. Naast de tentoonstellingen beschikt het museum over een aantal zalen die

worden ingezet voor een breed scala aan evenementen. De Balzaal en Salon bevinden zich naast elkaar op de eerste verdieping van het historische pand en hebben een wijds uitzicht over de Maas. De originele gouden ornamenten, het zes meter hoge plafond en de houtenvloer refereren aan de grandeur van weleer.

Recent zijn de historisch Balzaal en de Salon gerenoveerd in samenwerking met Bourgonje geluid en lichtservice. Langs de wanden van beide zalen zijn in de vloer in totaal 24 stuks DecaLED®Color Beam 36 ingebouwd. Voor de aansturing zijn 8 stuks DecaLED® High Power DMX Controller TV ingezet. Overdag strijken de lichtbundels subtiel langs de wanden van het geheel witte interieur. In de avonduren neemt de hele ruimte deze kleur over.

De DecaLED® Color Beam 36’s kunnen in elke gewenste kleurtint worden ingesteld en geven daarmee een sfeerbepalende gloed aan de ruimte. Via een AMX touchpanel dat is aangebracht in de wand, kan er eenvoudig uit een aantal presets worden gekozen of een specifieke kleur worden ingesteld.

Wereldmuseum RotterdamHorecaverlichting | Commercial lighting


Bries is a beach pavilion located at the coast near Noordwijk, the Netherlands, which tries to emphasize the feeling of freedom and energy. in 2009 the owners of the former “Los Tios” beach pavilion opened a new establishment, adding new

value to the coast of Noordwijk. Installer Willem Janssen Elektrotechniek took care of the lighting installation, making use of a good number of items from Lagotronics’ International LightACTS product range.

Near the water, the eye-catching establishment attracts the attention by its large amount of exterior lighting. For example, some 28 pieces of Rox Up-Down Out fixtures were mounted. These are IP44 certified aluminium fittings, which house two 50W GU10/ES111 light sources per luminaire. Around the building, 15 Nautilus Spike fixtures were placed. The entrance was enhanced with a few round Wetsy floor spots and square Adjust floor spots.

On the inside of Bries, large amounts of 3-phase rails were applied, mounted with 55 Eurospot QRB111 fixtures. These contain 100W G53/QRB111 light sources. The controllers used are Showtec D-Pack 6 Digital dimmer packs and some Lightec control panels with remote control.

Bries is een strandpaviljoen aan de kust bij Noordwijk, dat het gevoel van vrijheid en energie creëert. De eigenaren van het voormalige “Los Tios” openden in 2009 een strandpaviljoen wat de Noordwijkse kust nog completer maakt. Installateur

Het pand valt op langs het water door een grote hoeveelheid buitenverlichting. Zo zijn er langs de gevel 28 stuks Rox Up-Down Out gemonteerd. Dit zijn IP44 gecertificeerde aluminium armaturen, waarin zich per armatuur een tweetal 50W GU10/ES111 lichtbronnen bevindt. Vervolgens zijn er rondom het pand 15 stuks Nautilus Spike geplaatst. De entree opgefraaid met enkele Wetsy vloerspots in ronde uitvoering en Adjust vloerspots in vierkant.

Aan de binnenzijde van Bries wordt gewerkt met grote lengtes 3-fase rail, waaraan 55 stuks Eurospot QRB111 zijn gemonteerd. Deze bevatten 100W G53/QRB111 lichtbronnen. Voor de besturing wordt gebruik gemaakt van Showtec D-Pack 6 Digital dimmerpacks en enkele Lightec bedieningspanelen met afstandsbediening.

Strandpaviljoen BriesHorecaverlichting | Commercial lighting


Omgeven door een authentiek middeleeuws gewelf, dat is geaccentueerd door een eigentijdse interieur architectuur, worden vergaderingen, trainingen, (zakelijke) bijeenkomsten, besloten diners of lunches voor gezelschappen tot 20 gasten

of deelnemers een bijzondere en unieke ervaring. Het Gasthuys bevindt zich in het souterrain van het voormalige Sint Elisabeth Gasthuis, dat van 1578 tot 1907 was gevestigd in de Muurhuizen 33, midden in de “oude” binnenstad van Amersfoort.

Het Gasthuys is grondig gerenoveerd, naar een ontwerp van Wildenberg interieur architectuur. Dit bureau streeft naar inspirerende en duurzame oplossingen. Men koos vanuit dat oogpunt dan ook voor verlichting die grotendeels op led technologie gebaseerd is.

Er zijn grote lengtes DecaLED® Flex SC in warm witte uitvoering aangebracht langs de randen van de vloer en in een zwevend plafond. In de plafonds zijn MR16 SP Downlights in titaniumkleur aangebracht, waarvan een gedeelte is voorzien van een LED MR16 3in1 lichtbron. De overige armaturen bevatten DecaLED® High Power GU10, 5W warm witte lichtbronnen.

Tegen de achterwand van grote ruimte zit een open haard, waarlangs een RVS frame is aangebracht voorzien van gesatineerd glas. Met behulp van 5 stuks DecaLED® Color Bar 18 RGB kan deze wand in elke gewenste kleur worden gezet. Voor de aansturing daarvan is een een DecaLED® High Power DMX Controller TV en een LagoLED® Fader Panel DMX geïnstalleerd.

De gewelven worden geaccentueerd via 8 stuks Dasar T5-14 bodemprofielen van International LightACTS. Door hierin de VSA te vervangen zijn de armaturen dimbaar gemaakt, zodat de hoeveelheid verlichting altijd kan worden aangepast aan de ambiance.

Het GasthuysSurrounded by a medieval vault, which is accented by a contemporary interior architecture, lies Het Gasthuys (“The Guesthouse”) in Amersfoort. Here, (business) meetings, trainings, private dinners or lunches for up to 20 guests or participants

become a special and unique experience. Het Gasthuys located in the basement of the former St. Elizabeth Hospital, which of 1578-1907 was located in the Muurhuizen 33, located in the “old” town of Amersfoort.

Het Gasthuys has been thoroughly renovated, according to a design by Wildenberg interieur architectuur. This office is always in search of inspiring and durable solutions. From that perspective, they choose for a lighting plan largely based on LED technology.

Several lengths of DecaLED® Flex SC in warm white version have been installed along the borders of the floor and into a floating ceiling. In the ceilings SP MR16 Downlights in a titanium colour are mounted, part of which is equipped with a LED MR16 3in1 light bulb. The remaining fixtures include DecaLED® High Power GU10, 5W warm white light bulbs.

Against the back of the room a fireplace is located, along which a stainless steel frame with frosted glass has been fitted. Using five pieces of DecaLED® Color Bar 18 RGB, the wall can be put in any colour. To control them a DecaLED® High Power DMX Controller TV and a LagoLED® Fader Panel DMX are used.

The arches are accented with 8 pieces of Dasar T5-14 soil profiles from International Light ACTS. Herein the ballast has been replaced, to make it dimmable. The amount of light can always be adapted to the atmosphere.

Horecaverlichting | Commercial lighting


Flashlight is specialised in the rental of professional light and rigging facilities for theatre and television productions and events. Ampco is a specialist in rental of professional audio equipment. In 2008, both parties took residence in a new

building in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Lagotronics was commissioned to equip the main hall with the largest LED-based videowall in Europe.

A 9 metres by 11 metres wall was equipped with 2250 pieces DecaLED® Dot DMX spaced about 14cm apart in a matrix pattern. For control, 14 LagoLED USB-i 505 units were used and about 1850 metres of connection cable. All DecaLED Dot DMX units are individually addressable using the DMX512 protocol. Three Brightek 5050 SMD RGB LEDs per module allow for unlimited colour mixing and illuminate the acryl cone.

After installing the DecaLED Dot DMX units, the wall was treated with an acoustic spray finish. This white, sound-absorbing, cellulose-based wall causes sounds to get dampened and provides a good-looking finish.

When designing the DecaLED Dot DMX, special attention was paid to the maintainability of the installed modules. The cone of the modules can be unscrewed when the PCB needs to be replaced.

Flashlight is gespecialiseerd in het verhuren van professionele licht- en riggingfaciliteiten voor onder andere theater- en televisieproducties en evenementen. Ampco is specialist in de verhuur van professionele audioapparatuur. In 2008

betrokken beide partijen een nieuw pand in Utrecht. Lagotronics werd gevraagd de hal te voorzien van de grootste, op led gebaseerde, videowall van Europa.

Een wand van 9 meter hoog en 11 meter breed is voorzien van 2250 stuks DecaLED® Dot DMX in een matrixpatroon met tussenruimtes van ongeveer 14 centimeter. Voor de aansturing is gebruik gemaakt van 14 stuks LagoLED® USB-i 505 en ongeveer 1850 meter aansluitkabel. Alle DecaLED® Dot DMX’s zijn individueel adresseerbaar via het DMX512 protocol. Bij het ontwerp van de DecaLED® Dot DMX is bijzondere aandacht gegeven aan de onderhoudbaarheid van geïnstalleerde modules. De cone van de module kan worden gedraaid om de PCB te vervangen.

Flashlight AmpcoWandverlichting | Wall lighting


Onboard is an intermediary between the labour market and businesses specialising in events, support and outsourcing. For the renovation of office located at the Oudegracht in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Customr Induxstrial and Glasimpex, in

cooperation with the architect, designed a glass wall to enhance the interior. This glass wall consists of type Profilit and measures 12 by 3 metres. Glass is used more and more for architectural applcication.

The Lagotronics field crew installed 30 square metres of LagoLED® DMX-i DEKO Panels behind the glass wall. These panels are equipped with 60 metres of LagoLED® DMX-i Strips in pieces of 30 cm. Each segment is equipped with 60 Osram TOPLEDs and can be individually controlled using DMX512. Six LagoLED® USB-i 505 controllers take care of controlling the strips.

The end result is a glass wall where every 30 x 53 centimetre surface can be individually controlled, creating a 23x10 pixel video wall. Next to illuminating the glass wall in various colours, a wide range of graphical and decorative effects can be attained.

Software designed by Hoekit enables the LED lighting within the glass wall to be controlled over the internet. Connection to other sources are also possible.

Onboard is een intermediair tussen de arbeidsmarkt en het bedrijfsleven, gespecialiseerd in events, support en outsourcing. Voor de renovatie van de vestiging aan de Oudegracht in Utrecht ontwierp Customr Industrial Design en Glasimpex, in

nauwe samenwerking met de architect, een glazen verlichtte wand om het interieur te verfraaien. Deze glaswand is van het type Profilit en heeft een afmeting van 12 bij 3 meter. Glas wordt steeds vaker als architectonisch bouwelement ingezet.

De fieldcrew van Lagotronics installeerde 30 m² LagoLED® DMX-i DEKO Panels achter de glaswand. De panelen zijn voorzien van 60 meter LagoLED® DMX-i Strips in stukken van 30 centimeter. Elk segment is voorzien van 60 Osram TOPLEDs en is individueel aanstuurbaar via DMX512. In deze installatie zijn 6 stuks LagoLED® USB-i 505 opgenomen voor de aansturing van de strips.

Dit heeft geresulteerd in een glazen wand waarin elk vlak van 30 x 53 centimeter individueel kan worden aangestuurd, waardoor een videowall met een resolutie van 23 x 10 pixels is ontstaan. Naast het gekleurd oplichten van de glaswand kan een breed scala van grafische en sfeerbepalende effecten worden bereikt.

De door Hoekit ontwikkelde software zorgt dat de ledverlichting in de glaswand via internet aangestuurd kan worden. Koppelingen met externe factoren zijn ook mogelijk.

Onboard UtrechtWandverlichting | Wall lighting


The interiour of Holland Casino Utrecht has been redecorated by LightCo Nederland BV with new lighting elements. The interior, designed by M+R interieurarchitecten and Kroeze interieurbouw, has been upgraded with a number of curved walls

with varying heights.

The walls are composed of two layers of acrylic with a special gold and silver foil on it. Between the walls 418 DecaLED® Rebel Modules (20° x 40° lenses) were fitted which can illuminate the walls in any desired colour. The modules are controlled by 37 DecaLED® Rebel Drivers (up to 12 modules per driver). During the evening the walls which elegantly enclose the poker pit and VIP section slowly change colour within a carefully defined pallette.

In addition to the DecaLED® Rebel Modules in the walls is used a number of other LED products to specific parts of interior to accentuate. There is DecaLED Cove® Flex RGB installed in a large stainless steel pillar, and its various gaming machines and seats at the bottom of DecaLED® Flex warm white.

Het Holland Casino Utrecht is door installateur LightCo Nederland BV voorzien van nieuwe verlichtingselementen in haar interieur. Het interieur, van M+R interieurarchitecten en Kroeze interieurbouw werd opgewaardeerd met een aantal gebogen

wanden, in variërende hoogtes.

De wanden zijn opgebouwd uit twee lagen acryl met een speciale gouden zilverkleurige folie erop. Tussen de wanden zijn 418 DecaLED® Rebel Modules (met 20°x40° lenzen) aangebracht die de wanden in elke gewenste kleur kunnen laten oplichten. De modules worden aangestuurd door 37 DecaLED® Rebel Drivers (max. 12 modules per driver). Gedurende de avond veranderen de wanden, die bijvoorbeeld de pokerpit en het VIP-gedeelte elegant omsluiten, zeer langzaam van kleur binnen een zorgvuldig vastgesteld kleurenpallet.

Naast de DecaLED® Rebel Modules in de wanden is er gebruik gemaakt van een aantal andere ledproducten om specifieke interieurdelen te accentueren. Zo is er DecaLED® Cove Flex RGB aangebracht in een grote RVS pilaar, en zijn diverse speelautomaten en zitmeubels aan de onderzijde van DecaLED® Flex SC voorzien.

Holland Casino UtrechtWandverlichting | Wall lighting


De Stadsfeestzaal (city festivities hall) in Antwerp, Belgium was fully renovated after being struck by a fierce and destructive fire. To preserve its historic details and atmosphere, the hall was restored to its former glory while incorporating new, modern

elements. In cooperation with our Belgian distributor RGB-LED bvba, Lagotronics provided a large part of the supply and installation of LED lighting.

Immediately noticeable when entering the building is the contemporary Alexis Glamour Food bar with its eye-catching architectural design in combination with copious amounts of Lagotronics LED lighting. More than 2000 DecaLED® RGB Modules combined with 30 pieces DecaLED® Controller 1 were installed to illuminate the centrally located bar.

Another eye-catcher in the large inner hall is the Laurent Perrier bar, shaped like a Champaign bottle, which provides an exceptional view from the floating terrace. Lagotronics constructed 500 customised PCB’s containing 1W Luxeon PowerLEDs for this project. These were placed to obtain a bubbling-Champaign effect underneath the glass floor. Groups of 6 LEDs can be separately controlled by using 6 DecaLED® High Power DMX Controller TV units.

De Stadsfeestzaal in Antwerpen is na een felle en verwoestende brand geheel gerenoveerd. Voor de historische details en uitstraling werd de feestzaal in haar oude glorie hersteld. Dit met aandacht voor een moderne, eigentijdse invulling.

In samenwerking met onze Belgische distributeur RGB-LED bvba, heeft Lagotronics een groot deel van de levering en installatie van ledverlichting voor haar rekening genomen.

Opvallend bij betreding van dit gebouw is de eigentijdse hypermoderne Alexis Glamour Food bar met een bijzondere architectonische vormgeving. Hierbij werd gekozen voor veelvuldig gebruik van ledverlichting van Lagotronics. Deze installeerde meer dan 2000 DecaLED® RGB Modules in combinatie met 30 stuks DecaLED® Controller 1 om de centrale bar per vlak te laten verkleuren.

Een andere blikvanger in de grote binnenzaal is de champagneflesvormige Laurent Perrier bar, welke zorgt voor een verbluffend uitzicht op een zwevend terras. Voor dit project produceerde lagotronics 500 printjes met daarop een 1W Luxeon PowerLED op maat. Deze werden geplaatst om een bubbelend champagne effect te creëren onder de glazen vloer. Met behulp van 6 stuks DecaLED® High power DMX Controller TV kunnen telkens groepjes van 6 leds separaat aangestuurd worden.

First Impression Audiovisueel BV is specialised in the sale, installation and rental of audiovisual equipment. The company relocated in 2009, where the interior of the new residence was given a distinguished look with products from Lagotronics’

International LightACTS product range.

When entering the building, the frequent use of T5 Grill and T5 Grill QRB fixtures is immediately noticeable. This T5 Grill, available in many different versions, has a square-shaped, aluminium base frame. In the frame are four 24W G5/T5 energy saving bulbs mounted. A diffusing sheet of acrylic completes the assembly. The centre of the T5 Grill QRB features three 50W G53/QRB111 halogen lamps. These are separately controllable from the energy saving bulbs, allowing for switching between working or atmospheric light.Above the coffee bar several versions of the Light Eye have been suspended from the ceiling. They artfully reflect a mirror image of the environment. The Light Eye’s contain a 75W GU10/ES111 quarz-halogen light source, ensuring pleasant and comfortable lighting.

Q-Line Singles and double form the primary illumination above all desks. These square fixtures are made from anodised aluminium and fitted with 35W G5/T5 energy saving bulbs. An acrylic diffuser ensures the even distribution of lighting. The primary illumination is complemented by T5 Grill QRB’s. Next to those, chrome CAI ceiling spots and Rox ceiling fixtures are mounted.

HERTZinger BV uit Leusden opereert als technische groothandel in TV distributiematerialen en is officieel kabelexploitant, gespecialiseerd in GSO installaties. Het nieuwe kantoor dient als inspiratiebron voor werknemers en klanten. Zo kunnen

klanten in diverse showrooms de HERTZingerdiensten Domotica, Astra2Connect en IPTV uitproberen.

Het pand is ruimschoots voorzien van verlichtingsproducten van Lagotronics BV. Door het gehele pand zijn ruim 60 stuks Aixlight Mod 2 MR16 in het plafond aangebracht. Als lichtbron is hierbij gebruik gemaakt van de LED MR16 3in1 RGB. Naast het feit dat dit een energiezuinige en onderhoudsvrije lichtbron is, geeft dit de mogelijkheid om de witte wanden in het pand van een kleuraccent te voorzien. In ruimtes met hoge plafonds is er een combinatie gemaakt van het Aixlight Mod 2 QRB111 armatuur en de DecaLED® Color Beam 12 RGB led lichtbron.

In de kantine is de bar voorzien van een plexiglas voorzijde, waarachter DecaLED® Cove Flex RGB is aangebracht. In het plafond wordt onder andere gewerkt met New Tria I Downlights.

In de vergaderruimtes en werkkamers zijn witte verzonken Lobang Grid Modules aangebracht, met 2 x 55W PL energiezuinige lichtbronnen. De afmetingen van dit armatuur zijn bij uitstek geschikt voor het inbouwen in systeemplafonds. In de grote kantoortuin zorgen 24 stuks Long Grill 2x54W armaturen voor een stijlvolle en aangename verlichting van het werkvlak.

HERTZinger BVHERTZinger Leusden BV operates as a wholesaler of TV distribution materials, and is officially cable operator specialized in GSO systems. Their new office serves as inspiration for employees and customers. Customers can experience HERTZinger’s

services like Domotica, ASTRA2Connect and IPTV in the various showrooms.

The building is equipped with a large number of lighting products from Lagotronics BV. Throughout the office, over 60 pieces of Aixlight Mod 2 MR16 are mounted into the ceiling. As light source they use the LED MR16 3in1 RGB. Besides the fact that this is an energy efficient and maintenance-free light source, it gives the possibility to provide a color accent on the white walls of the building. In rooms with high ceilings, a combination is made of Aixlight Mod 2 QRB111 fixtures and DecaLED® Color Beam 12 RGB LED light bulb.

In the canteen the bar has a plexiglass front. DecaLED® Cove Flex RGB has been mounted behind it. In the ceiling New Tria I Downlights are used among others.

In the meeting rooms and offices, white flush-mounted Lobang Grid Modules have been installed. They include 2 x 55W PL energy saving lamps. The dimensions of this fixture are ideal for installation in suspended ceilings. In the large office garden, 24 pieces of Long Grill 2x54W fixtures deliver a stylish and pleasant illumination of the working surface.

The sixteenth-century city hall in Venlo was recently renovated. The interior was reconstructed to meet modern durability, environmental and energy demands. The exterior was redecorated to recreate the earliest look of the building.

Next to conventional base lighting, a light and sound spectacle performed at the outside of the building was designed by artist Nard Reijnders. Lagotronics supplied and installed the LED lighting, beamer and show control in the accompanying fixed installation. For this, LightingView and Studio DL designed the lighting plan. A sound installation was also installed which can also be used for other events at the square.

The four sides of the city hall’s façade are illuminated by DecaLED® Color Wash 36 fixtures, the roof is illuminated by DecaLED® Color Bar 36 fixtures. A Barco FLM R20+ beamer was placed at the top floor of the building opposite the city hall, at about 35 metres distance. This silent and compact but powerful beamer (20.000 ansi lumen, 1800:1 contrast ratio) is able to project a 20x15 metre image onto the façade of the city hall.

An AV Stumpfl show controller centrally controls the LED lighting, video projection and audio. Programming and installation was performed by the competent Lagotronics technicians under supervision of Nard Reijnders.

Het zestiende-eeuwse stadhuis van Venlo is recentelijk gerenoveerd. Het aan de binnenzijde verbouwd, zodat het aan moderne eisen als duurzaamheid, milieu en energie voldoet. Ook aan de buitenzijde zijn esthetische wijzigingen

aangebracht om het stadhuis in haar vroegste verschijningsvorm terug te brengen.

Naast de conventionele basisverlichting is er door kunstenaar Nard Reijnders een licht- en klankspel ontworpen dat zich afspeelt aan de buitenzijde van het pand. Lagotronics leverde en installeerde de ledverlichting, beamer en showcontrol in de hierbij behorende permanente installatie. LightingView en Studio DL ontwierpen hiervoor het lichtplan. Ook is een geluidsinstallatie geplaatst die tevens voor andere evenementen op het plein inzetbaar is.

De vier zijden van de gevel van het stadshuis worden aangelicht met DecaLED® Color Wash 36’s, het dak met DecaLED® Color Bar 36’s. Op de bovenste etage van het pand tegenover het stadhuis, op zo’n 35 meter afstand, is een Barco FLM R20+ geplaatst. Deze stille, compacte, maar krachtige beamer (20.000 ansi lumen, contrast ratio 1.800:1) maakt een videoprojectie van 20x15 meter op de voorgevel van het stadhuis mogelijk.

Bij dit alles worden ledverlichting, videoprojectie en audio centraal aangestuurd door een showcontroller van AV Stumpfl. Programmering en installatie hiervan zijn op aanwijzingen van Nard Reijnders verzorgd door de vakkundige technici van Lagotronics.

Stadhuis VenloFaçade verlichting | Façade lighting


In honour of its thirtieth anniversary, our Italian distributor Audio Pro Group threw a party for staff and guests on the estate of the ancient Villa Reale. This royal villa from the year 1777 is situated in the Italian Monza, on the banks of the river Lambro,

surrounded by one of the largest parks in Europe.

On the occasion of the celebration the entire façade was illuminated using 35 pieces of DecaLED® Color Bar 36 and 40 DecaLED® Color Wash 36 fixtures. Both IP65-rated products are dust and moisture resistant. The combination of the enormous light output of 36 Luxeon LEDs per fixture, uniform RGB colour mixing and control via DMX, gave a stunning result.

In addition, the lighting designers combined this lighting with the lighting of the stage on which various performances took place. The effect obtained was essential to the atmosphere of the festivities where Audio Pro Group, the partner Lagotronics could even receive praise from the Italian government for the manner in which the monument was lit.

Ter ere van haar dertigste verjaardag gaf onze Italiaanse distributeur Audio Pro Group een feest voor personeel en gasten op het landgoed van het eeuwenoude Villa Reale. Deze koninklijke villa uit het jaar 1777 is gelegen in het Italiaanse Monza,

aan de oever van de rivier Lambro en omgeven door een van de grootste parken van Europa.

Ter gelegenheid van het feest werd de volledige gevel in het licht gezet met behulp van 35 stuks DecaLED® Color Bar 36 en 40 stuks DecaLED® Color Wash 36. Daarnaast combineerden de lichtontwerpers deze verlichting met die van het podium, waarop diverse optredens plaatsvonden. Het behaalde effect droeg essentieel bij aan de sfeer van het feest van Audio Pro Group, waarbij de Lagotronics partner zelfs lof oogstte van de Italiaanse regering voor de wijze waarop het monument verlicht werd.

Villa RealeFaçade verlichting | Façade lighting


In collaboration with Olof Schuur Installatiebedrijf, twelve pieces of DecaLED® Color Ray were installed on the facade of hotel-restaurant Bij Jef on the isle of Texel (the Netherlands).

The colourful facade is guaranteed a long life span due to the use of waterproof, IP65 certified DecaLED® Color Rays. Each DecaLED® Color Ray contains three 1W LumiLEDs in the primary colours (red, green and blue). A spectacular light show colouring the entire facade of this magnificent building can be created by mixing these three colours. The LagoLED® Wall Panel DMX makes choosing specific colours and preprogrammed colour loops very easy.

Thanks to using LED lighting instead of conventional light sources, the hotel annually saves an estimated 85% on energy and replacement costs.

In samenwerking met Olof Schuur Installatiebedrijf zijn twaalf stuks DecaLED® Color Ray geïnstalleerd tegen de voorgevel van hotel-restaurant “Bij Jef” op Texel.

Dankzij de inzet van de waterdichte, IP65-geklasseerde DecaLED® Color Ray is een lange levensduur van de kleurrijke gevel gegarandeerd. Elke DecaLED® Color Ray is voorzien van drie 1-Watt LumiLEDs in de primaire lichtkleuren (rood, groen en blauw). Door het mengen van de leds ontstaat een spectaculaire lichtshow en verkleurt de gehele gevel van dit prachtige pand geleidelijk. Door gebruik te maken van het LagoLED® Wall Panel DMX is het kiezen tussen specifieke kleuren en voorgeprogrammeerde kleurenloops bijzonder eenvoudig.

Door het inzetten van een ledverlichtingssysteem in plaats van conventionele verlichtingsbronnen, bespaart het hotel jaarlijks naar schatting 85% van de energie- en vervangingskosten.

Restaurant “Bij Jef”Façade verlichting | Façade lighting


At the Spiekerploats estate in Zevenhuizen (the Netherlands) a large new garden was created. The owner had the desire to have the entire garden illuminated and the possibility to adapt it to any ambience. Operation should be kept simple, but

offer many different lighting programs. Each fixture should be individually controllable.

For this project, Silk Production Design from Utrecht (the Netherlands) has been approached. Silk Production Design is a technical consultant for the theatre- and entertainment market. Silk realizes creative ideas using theatre techniques. Based on the garden’s design, Silk devised a lighting concept which has been realized in collaboration with Vermeulen Electrotechniek.

The garden contains 90 pieces of DecaLED® Color Ray 3x3 and 30 pieces of DecaLED® Spot Color RGB 3. To illuminate the arbor, DecaLED® IP Strips RGB have been installed. The DecaLED® Color Rays are used to illuminate the flower beds, tall trees and structures. The DecaLED® Color Spots are used to highlight the willows, which spread through the garden and the kiwi plants on the outside of the “Ketelhuis”. The overall lighting is controlled by Butler XT of E:Cue.

The choice to use LED technology evolved from the advantages of low power consumption and durability. Through the already long and pleasant relationship between Silk Production Design and Lagotronics BV, the decision for cooperation in this project was easily made.

Op Landgoed de SpiekerPloats in Zevenhuizen is bij een privéwoning een grote Groningse Slingertuin aangelegd. De eigenaar had de wens om te kunnen beschikken over een installatie waarmee de volledige tuin verlicht kan worden

en aan te passen is aan elke gewenste sfeer en uitstraling. De bediening van de installatie dient eenvoudig te zijn, maar toch veel verschillende lichtprogramma’s mogelijk te maken. Elk armatuur dient individueel aanstuurbaar te zijn.

Voor dit project is Silk Production Design uit Utrecht benadert. Silk Production Design is een technisch organisatie- en adviesbureau voor de theater- en entertainmentmarkt. Silk realiseert creatieve ideeën met behulp van theatertechniek. Aan de hand van de tuinontwerpen heeft Silk een lichtplan bedacht, dat in samenwerking met Vermeulen Electrotechniek is gerealiseerd.

In de tuin zijn 90 stuks DecaLED® Color Rays 3x3 en 30 stuks DecaLED® Color Spot 3 RGB geinstalleerd. Daarnaast is er voor het aanlichten van het prieel gebruik gemaakt van DecaLED® IP Strips in RGB-uitvoering. De DecaLED® Color Rays worden gebruikt voor het uitlichten van de bloemperken, de hoge bomen en de constructies. De DecaLED® Color Spots zijn gebruikt voor het uitlichten van de wilgen, welke verspreid door de tuin zijn geplant en de kiwiplanten aan de buitenzijde van het “Ketelhuis”. De totale lichtinstallatie wordt aangestuurd door een Butler XT van E:Cue.

De keuze voor het gebruik van led technologie is voorgekomen uit de “beperkte” beschikbaarheid van stroom en het lage verbruik. Door de reeds jarenlange prettige relatie en ervaringen op diverse projecten was door Silk de keuze voor Lagotronics snel gemaakt.

Tuin SpiekerploatsObjectverlichting | Object lighting


One of the largest logistical intersections in Venlo, the Netherlands, is the bridge over the river Meuse. This bridge, which connects the suburb Blerick to Venlo was renovated completely in 2007. The redesign and construction of the bridge railing

was an important part of the renovation.

A student at Fontys Hogeschool designed a railing which features characteristic figures from Venlo which are illuminated at night by conventional lighting. After consulting with Scheuten Glasgroep, it was decided to use LEDs as light source because of the progressive character of the design. A new, extremely clear type of glass was developed, which contains very few green reflective glass particles. To illuminate the figures on the glass, Lagotronics was asked for the DOT matrix used on LagoLED® DEKO Panels. Lagotronics provided a license to Scheuten Glasgroep to do this.

In cooperation with a number of local companies, a waterproof profile was manufactured for the topside of the railing. DecaLED® IP Strips were used herein. These white-coloured strips directly illuminate the glass where the DOT matrix reflects the light outward. Applying variations in the dot matrix allows Lagotronics to influence the reflective properties.

Een van de grootste logistieke knooppunten van Venlo is de stadsbrug over de rivier de Maas. Deze brug, welke het stadsdeel Blerick in verbinding stelt met Venlo, is in 2007 geheel gerenoveerd. Het herontwerpen en construeren van de

brugleuning was van deze renovatie een belangrijk onderdeel.

Een student van de Fontys Hogeschool ontwierp een leuning met daarin karakteristieke Venlosche figuren die ‘s-avonds aangelicht werden door conventionele lampen. Gezien het vooruitstrevende karakter van het ontwerp werd in overleg met Scheuten Glasgroep en Lagotronics BV besloten om ledverlichting als lichtbron te gebruiken. Daarbij werd gekozen voor het ontwerpen van een nieuw soort glas, welke zeer helder is en vrijwel geen groen reflecterende glasdeeltjes bevat. Om de figuren in het glas te verlichten werd Lagotronics gevraagd voor de DOT matrix die ook gebruikt wordt op LagoLED® DEKO Panels. Hiervoor verleende Lagotronics een licentie aan Scheuten Glasgroep.

In samenwerking met een aantal lokale bedrijven werd vervolgens in de bovenzijde van de brugleuning een waterdicht profiel geproduceerd. Hierin werden de DecaLED® IP Strips verwerkt. Deze witte IP Strips schijnen direct in het glas, waarna de DOT matrix op het glas het licht opvangt en weerkaatst. Door de juiste DOT matrix patronen aan te brengen kan Lagotronics het lichtgevende gedeelte beïnvloeden.

Architect Jan Hermkes has been a valued customer of Lagotronics BV for quite a while. Among other things, he is responsible for the Lagotronics office design. Recently, Hermkes finalised two interesting projects: the renovation of a bungalow and

the expansion of a luxurious apartment in the centre of Venlo, the Netherlands. Hermkes utilised the expertise and projects from Lagotronics on both projects.

During the renovation of the bungalow, realised using Jan Hermkes Architects’ specialised total makeover-concept, Led lighting from Lagotronics was frequently used in the kitchen. DecaLED® Color Bar 18 RGB and supporting DecaLED® High Power DMX Controllers were applied For the illumination of glass cupboard walls. The DecaLED® Color Bar 18 RGB features multicolour leds, allowing the colour mixing in any desired colours. The installation and programming of the colours used was performed by contracting company Gebroeders Swillens.

The design of the façade of the apartment is inspired by the classical façade shapes of the Venlo Begijnengang. The outside terrace with its contemporary appearance is constructed from modern components such as a steel balustrade grip with integrated LED lighting by Lagotronics. This provides a pleasant blue glow. The LED lighting, in the form of DecaLED® IP Strips were installed by Wil Ruhl Installatietechniek as commissioned by contractor Beukbouw & Partners BV.

De architect Jan Hermkes is al geruime tijd een gewaardeerde klant van Lagotronics BV. Zo heeft hij onder andere het hoofdkantoor van Lagotronics ontworpen. Hermkes leverde in Venlo ook twee andere spraakmakende projecten op: de

verbouwing van een bungalow en de uitbreiding van een luxe appartement in de binnenstad van Venlo. Bij beide projecten maakte Hermkes gebruik van de kennis en producten van Lagotronics.

Tijdens de verbouwing van de bungalow, gerealiseerd op basis van het specialistische total make over-concept van architectenbureau Jan Hermkes Architects, is in de keuken veelvuldig gebruik gemaakt van ledverlichting van Lagotronics. Voor het verlichten van de glazen kastenwanden werd gebruik gemaakt van DecaLED® Color Bar 18 RGB en de bijbehorende DecaLED® High Power DMX Controllers. De DecaLED® Color Bar 18 RGB maakt gebruik van meerkleurige leds, waarmee alle wenselijke kleuren gemengd kunnen worden. De installatie en programmering van het kleurgebruik werd verzorgd door aannemersbedrijf Gebroeders Swillens.

Het ontwerp van de buitengevel van het appartement is geïnspireerd op de klassieke gevelvormen van de Venlose Begijnengang. Het buitenterras met eigentijdse uitstraling is opgebouwd uit moderne componenten zoals een stalen balustradegreep met geïntegreerde ledverlichting van Lagotronics. Deze geeft een aangename blauwe gloed. De ledverlichting, DecaLED® IP Strips, werd geïnstalleerd door Wil Ruhl Installatietechniek namens aannemer Beukbouw & Partners BV.

Lagotronics uses the brand name ReGuard® for its product line of escape route and traffic control lighting. As supplier of professional traffic control lighting systems, Lagotronics in cooperation with Essent Lighting BV have equipped a traffic

situation on the N337 in Olst with traffic controlling LED lighting from the ReGuard® product range.

With the aim of enhancing the general road safety and clarify the traffic conditions at dusk and dark, Levelites from our distributor Swareflex and Power Trail Lites from our International LightACTS-range were installed.

Essent Lighting BV installed the LED modules which illuminate a roundabout and the roads leading there. The Levelites were flush-mounted into the road surface and contain LEDs that emit light in two directions. The Power Trail Lites were drilled in the vertical edges of the roundabout. These fittings are manufactured from stainless steel and include a white 1 watt PowerLED.

The quality, robustness, simplicity and good references convinced Essent Lighting BV to choose for these particular LED products. With ReGuard®, we work on road safety. Research shows that roads with such traffic control see significantly fewer accidents and their severity decline.

Lagotronics hanteert de merknaam ReGuard® voor haar productlijn van vluchtroute- en verkeersgeleidende verlichting. Als leverancier van deze professionele verkeergeleidende verlichtingssystemen heeft Lagotronics in samenwerking met Essent

Lighting BV een verkeersituatie op de N337 in Olst voorzien van verkeersgeleidende ledverlichting uit het ReGuard® assortiment.

Met als doel de algemene verkeersveiligheid te verhogen én de verkeersituatie bij schemering en duister te verduidelijken, is gekozen voor een installatie van de Levelites van onze distributeur Swareflex en voor de Power Trail Lites uit ons International LightACTS-pakket.

Essent Lighting BV installeerde de ledmodules die ter verlichting van een rotonde en de wegen die daar naartoe leiden dienen. De Levelites zijn verzonken in het wegdek gemonteerd en bevatten leds die in twee richtingen afstralen. De Power Trail Lites zijn in de opstaande randen van de rotonde geboord. Deze armaturen zijn vervaardigd uit edelstaal en bevatten een witte 1 watt PowerLED.

De kwaliteit, robuustheid, eenvoud en goede referenties maakten dat Essent Lighting BV koos voor deze ledproducten. Met ReGuard® werken wij aan de verkeersveiligheid. Uit onderzoek blijkt namelijk dat op wegen met een dergelijke verkeersgeleiding fors minder ongelukken gebeuren en de ernst van deze afneemt.

The sales organisations and local services of Bayer Belgium Headquarters are housed in a new building in the Belgian Diegem since 2009. The office building is an eye-catcher because of its design, applied energy efficient technologies and

in its establishment.

On the outside of the facade, at 30 metres height, a curveLED® videowall with a total length of 80 metres was installed. The tubes of the curveLED® system are initially spaced 80mm apart, which results in a videoscreen with a pixel pitch of 80x40mm. In a second phase more tubes will be added, until a 40x40mm pixel pitch arises. In the future, another curveLED® videowall will be installed at 15 metres height.

As curveLED® distributor for the Benelux, Lagotronics BV was responsible for the cabling, installation and technical construction of this project.

The graphic images and texts that are shown on the facade are visible for miles around and form a special eye-catcher in the environment.

De verkooporganisaties en local services van Bayer Belgium Headquarters zijn sinds 2009 gehuisvest in een nieuw gebouw in het Belgische Diegem. Het kantoorgebouw vormt een blikvanger, zowel qua ontwerp, toegepaste energiezuinige

technologieën als voor wat betreft de inrichting.

Op de buitenzijde van de gevel is op 30 meter hoogte een curveLED® videoscherm van 80 meter lengte aangebracht. VENUEZ is a professional event where hospitality and style professionals meet to get acquainted with the latest trends, the newest products and technological developments. Professionals looking for innovative products and services in the area of

spirits and cocktails, soft drinks and wine, coffee and tea, light and sound and interior design will enjoy this event.

In cooperation with Odico Interior Projects B.V., Lagotronics BV was presented at this exhibition with an eye-catching booth. The center piece of this booth was a stylishly designed bar where various drinks were served. Three side walls of the exhibition booth were occupied by a curveLED® videowall of 18 metres long and 3 metres high. Thanks to the modular structure of this product, the video wall could be curved around the edges of the booth.

The displayed content by Inqubative was tailored to the different times of the day and ties in with the drinks served during that period.

With relatively few materials, Odico and Lagotronics were able to construct an impressively atmospheric booth which will be the ‘talk of the town’ during VENUEZ09.

Het hart werd gevormd door een design bar waar diverse dranken stijlvol werden geserveerd. Drie zijwanden van de beursstand werden door een 18 meter lange en 3 meter hoge curveLED® videowall. Dankzij de modulaire opbouw van dit product buigt de videowall rondom de hoeken van de stand.

De getoonde content, gemaakt door Inqubative, werd afgestemd op de verschillende tijdstippen van de dag en sluit aan op de drankjes die gedurende die periode geserveerd werden.

Met relatief weinig materialen hebben Odico en Lagotronics een indrukwekkende en sfeerbepalende stand kunnen bouwen, die gedurende de VENUEZ09 de “talk of the town” vormde.

The Hommerson Casino is located next to the Palace Promenade at the Boulevard of Scheveningen in The Netherlands. Hommerson Casino has a total of 8 different locations: Scheveningen (3), Den Haag (2), Zoetermeer, Gouda and Zaandam. In

the past few months, a unique and spectacular curveLED® videowall installation has been introduced at the casino in Scheveningen.

At the seeside of the building, 6 semicircular arched windows, approximately 12 square metres large, are equipped with a customised curveLED® video curtain. The curveLED® modules are produced especially for the project to fit the semicircular shape of the windows as efficiently as possible. Where a conventional (square shaped) solution would contain useless parts in the videowall, the curveLED® system allows to create an exact fitting screen. The total size of the videowall is appr. 70m2. The installation was done by the fieldcrew of Lagotronics BV.

The initial content (video’s and motion graphics) for this installation were designed and produced by Lagotronics BV. Next, a designer employed by Hommerson Casino was trained to do the further development of this. Hommerson Casino’s now rents the unique ad space for commercial purposes. With thousands of tourists who spend their day on the Boulevard, there is a wide audience for this. The video screen is a real attraction for visitors.

Het Hommerson Casino ligt gesitueerd naast de Palace Promenade aan de Boulevard in Scheveningen. Hommerson Casino heeft in totaal 8 verschillende vestigingen, verdeeld over Scheveningen (3), Den Haag (2), Zoetermeer, Gouda en Zaandam.

In de afgelopen maanden is een unieke en uiterst spectaculaire curveLED® videowall installatie in gebruik genomen bij het casino aan de Scheveningse Boulevard.

Aan de zeezijde heeft het pand een zestal gebogen halfronde vensters, die elk circa 12m² groot zijn. Deze zijn voorzien van een op maat geproduceerd curveLED® videogordijn. De curveLED® modules zijn speciaal voor het project geproduceerd om de halfronde vorm van de venster zo efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen vullen. Waar een conventionele (rechthoekige) oplossing loze ruimtes in het scherm zou bevatten, kan er met curveLED® een exact passende oplossing worden samengesteld. De totale oppervlakte van het videoscherm is 70m². De installatie is verzorgd door de fieldcrew van Lagotronics BV.

De intiële content (videobeelden en graphics) voor deze installatie is door Lagotronics ontworpen en geproduceerd. Vervolgens is een ontwerper in dienst van Hommerson Casino begeleid om de verdere invulling hiervan voor zijn rekening te nemen. Hommerson Casino verhuurt de unieke advertentieruimte die nu ontstaan is. Met duizende toeristen die dagelijks op de Boulevard vertoeven is er sprake van een breed publiek hiervoor. Het videoscherm is een ware attractie voor passanten.

The core value of the Scelta Institute in Venlo, the Netherlands is innovation. This institute is constantly working on new ideas that quickly translate into added value for the lives of consumers.

The contemporary research and development centre of the famous company Scelta Mushrooms is a place where health experts, food experts and creative chefs collaborate on “the future of food”. Their objective is groundbreaking research in the field of health, safety, taste and innovation.

Lagotronics was involved in this project as consultant, supplier and installer of a wide product range, consisting of various audiovisual equipment, LED lighting, installation and control elements. A major benefit for the client is the single point of contact for the entire package. A solution that is both transparent and efficient.

In collaboration with interior designer Interieurbedenkers from Panningen, the Netherlands, an effort was made to provide this project with a unique look. A perfect symbiosis of audio, video and LED lighting.

Het Scelta Institute te Venlo staat voor de kernwaarde innovatie. In dit instituut wordt voortdurend gewerkt aan nieuwe ideeën die snel te vertalen zijn in een meerwaarde voor het leven van de consument.

Het moderne onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingscentrum van het bekende bedrijf Scelta Mushrooms vormt een plaats waar gezondheidsexperts, voedseldeskundigen en creatieve koks samenwerken aan “de toekomst van eten”. Hierbij streeft men naar grensverleggend onderzoek op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid, smaak en innovatie.

Lagotronics werd bij dit project betrokken als adviseur, leverancier en installateur van een zeer gevarieerd productenpakket, bestaande uit diverse audiovisuele apparatuur, ledverlichting, installatie- en besturingselementen. Een groot voordeel voor de opdrachtgever is dat voor het gehele pakket één aanspreekpunt geldt. Een oplossing die zowel transparant als efficiënt is.

In samenwerking met Interieurbedenkers uit Panningen werden alle registers opengetrokken om dit ongeëvenaarde project van een unieke uitstraling te voorzien. Een perfecte symbiose van geluid, beeld en ledverlichting.

The Scelta InstituteAudiovisueel totaalconcept | Audiovisual total concept


Lagotronics, in cooperation with installer Op het Veld Electrotechnisch Installatiebedrijf, supplied an all-in-one package consisting of audio, video and LED lighting for Audi dealership AutoArena in Venlo, the Netherlands.

A videowall was installed in the showroom of AutoArena Venlo consisting of nine (3 x 3) 40” Samsung 400 PX widescreen LCD monitors. The total dimensions of this videowall adds up to 300 x 180 cm. Every monitor has its own dedicated processor in order to function within the videowall. The videowall is controlled by an Extron DV 304 scaler. Sound is supplied by a Bose 3.2.1 sound system. This makes the videowall a multifunctional system. Video clips, such as commercials, can be played from DVD. Images and presentations from a connected PC can also be displayed.

Lagotronics suggested to place a sound system for announcements and background music consisting of two zones. Six Bose 360 speakers were installed at the outside of the building. Twelve Bose DS 16S and six Bose DS 16F were installed within the showroom. Sound is controlled by a Cloud CXV 255 (Two-zone amplifier) and a Cloud CX 263 (Three-zone mixer).

Lagotronics also enhanced the exteriour of the building with LED lighting.

In samenwerking met Op het Veld Electrotechnisch Installatiebedrijf verzorgde Lagotronics voor de Audi garage van AutoArena in Venlo een totaalpakket op het gebied van audio, video en ledverlichting.

In de showroom van AutoArena Venlo is een videowall geïnstalleerd welke opgebouwd is uit een negental (3 x 3) 40” Samsung 400 PX breedbeeld LCD-schermen. De totale afmeting van deze videowall is 300 x 180 cm. Ieder scherm heeft een eigen processor voor de wall-functie. De videowall wordt verder aangestuurd door een Extron DV 304 scaler. Het geluid is afkomst van een Bose 3.2.1 geluidssysteem. Door dit alles is de videowall multifunctioneel. Er kunnen beelden, zoals reclamespotjes, vanaf een DVD afgespeeld worden. Maar ook weergave van presentaties vanaf een PC behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Lagotronics adviseerde een geluidsinstallatie voor omroep- en achtergrondmuziek, opgebouwd uit twee zones. Aan de buitenzijde van het pand zijn zes Bose 360 luidsprekers geïnstalleerd. In de showroom zijn twaalf Bose DS 16S en zes Bose DS 16F ingebouwd. Het geluid wordt aangestuurd door een Cloud CXV 255 (twee zone eindversterker) en een Cloud CX 263 (drie zone mixer).

Lagotronics heeft tevens de buitenzijde van het pand middels ledverlichting opgewaardeerd.

Being the official dealer of LG, Bose, Samsung and others, Lagotronics has for years been the supplier of audio and video solutions for both football club VVV-Venlo as Seacon Stadium de Koel. This is why Lagotronics, as audio and video specialist

of northern Limburg, realised the complete AV installation in and around Seacon stadium de Koel in Venlo.

In the business lounges of the stadium, a number of 37”and 42” LG LCD screens were installed. Both rooms were also equipped with Bose audio equipment. The screens are used to display promotional films, advertisements and live press conferences before, during and after the matches. The latter has been made possible by Lagotronics by installing a professional camera and studio lighting in the press area of Seacon stadium de Koel.

The sound in the stadium was also realised by Lagotronics. With the help of acoustic measurements and calculations made in Bose modeller, the stadium was equipped with Bose Panaray 402-II speakers. A so-called 4 zone control on each audience stand separately allows controlling volume and equalising.

Met dealerschappen van onder anderen LG, Bose en Samsung is Lagotronics al jarenlang huisleverancier van audio- en video-oplossingen voor zowel voetbalvereniging VVV-Venlo, als Seacon stadion de Koel. Vandaar dat Lagotronics als

audio- en videospecialist de complete AV-installatie in en om Seacon stadion de Koel in Venlo realiseerde.

In de businessruimtes van het stadion werden een aantal 37”en 42” LG LCD schermen geïnstalleerd. Ook werden beide ruimtes voorzien van Bose audio apparatuur. Op deze schermen worden voor, tijdens en na afloop van de wedstrijden promotiefilms, advertenties en live persconferenties weergegeven. Dit laatste heeft Lagotronics mogelijk gemaakt door een professionele camera en studioverlichting te installeren in de persruimte van Seacon stadion de Koel.

Het geluid in het stadion werd eveneens gerealiseerd door Lagotronics. Met behulp van akoestische metingen en Bose modeller berekeningen werd het stadion voorzien van Bose Panaray 402-II geluidsbronnen. Een zogenaamde 4 zone aansturing op elke tribune afzonderlijk stuurt volume en afregeling aan.

Seacon Stadion De KoelAudiovisueel totaalconcept | Audiovisual total concept


Lagotronics, in cooperation with the municipality of Venlo, offered the local football enthusiasts the possibility to view the championship match between VVV-Venlo and HFC Haarlem on a large, inflatable screen.

This projection screen, an 10 by 7 metre AIRSCREEN, is exceptionally suited for events and other festivities. Furthermore, its air pillow principle makes it very easy to handle. The AIRSCREEN can be transported in compact form and can be erected by two people in about fifteen minutes. The screen is secured using four large vats of water.

Placing the AIRSCREEN on the city hall square allowed the use of the 25.000 ansilumen strong Barco beamer which is part of a fixed installation supplied by Lagotronics last year. This projection with astounding image quality, ensured that fans were able to fully enjoy the 1-0 victory of VVV-Venlo over HFC Haarlem, winning them the Jupiter League championship.

Aan het stadhuisplein van Venlo bood Lagotronics, in samenwerking met de Gemeente Venlo en enkele horecaondernemers, de Venlose bevolking de mogelijkheid de kampioenswedstrijd van voetbalclub VVV-Venlo op een groot opblaasbaar

scherm te bekijken.

Dit projectiescherm, een AIRSCREEN met een afmeting van 10 bij 7 meter, is uitermate geschikt voor evenementen en andere tijdelijke festiviteiten. Daarbij is het scherm dankzij het luchtkussenprincipe handig en snel in gebruik. Het is zeer compact te vervoeren en is met twee personen in ongeveer vijftien minuten op te zetten. Het scherm wordt gezekerd middels een viertal grote vaten met water.

Door het AIRSCREEN op het stadhuisplein neer te zetten kon gebruik gemaakt worden van de 25.000 ansilumen sterke Barco beamer, welke onderdeel is van een vaste installatie die eerder door Lagotronics geïnstalleerd werd op het plein. Deze projectie maakte dat honderden fans op het enorme AIRSCREEN, met verbluffende beeldkwaliteit, konden genieten van de 1-0 overwinning van VVV-Venlo op HFC Haarlem, wat de club het kampioenschap in de Jupiler League opleverde.
