We are the class of 2017,

Reflecting back on memories.

We’ll start with stories in “The Well,”

And what we brought for show and tell.

Down the hall to another quarter,

Is where we learned to play the recorder.

Our 6th grade year, we went to McKeever

Where the food was the praise receiver.

The band room was our 7th grade home,

Which housed our one-of-a-kind Ranone.

The cafeteria was always “lit,”

Like the time they fought for a Cheez-It.

Buildings in D.C., we went to see them,

Then took pictures at the wax museum.

On the way home, people sang,

Vuk and Weiss covered “Chocolate Rain.”

Or the time Timpano stood on a desk,

To insure we all did well on the test.

Barsic’s World put us in debt,

To teach us a lesson we’ll never forget.

Fast forward a little to senior year,

When the time comes to celebrate and cheer.

We’ve made it through, we’re finally done,

Now wasn’t that a lot of fun?

We’ve got our caps, we’re finally free,

We are the class of 2017
