Addiction is hard. It is one of the things that are hard to

control. These low-level drug offenders also need help. They

don’t need imprisonment. Imprisonment would only make an individual suffer

from withdrawal symptoms, while rehab would be a great drug addiction

solution for these low-level drug addicts.

The most effective way is to get them out from their addiction and that is the

best drug addiction solutions. If we can get them

directly into a treatment plan without bringing the

criminal justice system, we can save more money that can then be applied to the

treatment side.
