GENERAL INFORMATIONas a producer of Dc high speed circuit breakers and a long-standing supplier of substations for Dc traction power distribution, Sécheron Sa has a strong experience in the field of short-circuit testing.

we are able to perform on-site measurements of short circuits for our customers in order to ensure that the protection equipment is effective and adapted to their needs.

The customer is responsible for the organization and the smooth running of short-circuits.The customer should ensure the good condition of power equipment.The installation and especially the contact line must be able to withstand the specified short-circuits.

DATA RECOVERY

The combined accuracy of the SEPCOS with its user-friendly touch screen interface (Display) removes the need of an oscilloscope or other extra measuring equipment.

• Display of the various screens through the service software S-web embedded in the control and protection unit SePcoS developed by Sécheron Sa.

• application of recovered data from the SePcoS during the short-circuit testing for validation and setting of protection functions.
