Güldoğan is the manufacturer of shirting fabric established in 1987 and located in Bursa Turkey. Dying & Finishing facility of Guldogan with a daily capacity of 70.000 meters, has been founded in 2005 with the purpose of dying woven fabrics with the world Standard. We are producing shirting fabrics in various dobby structures,sports

and classical design which are in a range of poly-cotton and %100 cotton as yarn dyed, solid dyed and printed with the special finishing effects.The company has an integrated and flexible production cycle. Every step of the weaving, dying, printing and finishing is performed in the factory in Bursa.

Güldoğan has Oeko-tex 100 StandardCertificate for our products, and this provesour products don’t include azo-dyeinggroups which are harmful for human health.In our production facilities we carry onscientific and modern Management-Production system and taking care of humanhealth and ecological environment.

Dying and finishing facility of Güldoğan,with a daily capacity of 70 000 meters, hasbeen founded in November 2005 with thepurpose of dying woven fabrics with theworld standards. Meeting customerrequirements and expectations,considering customer suggestions anddealing with their coorperation have alwaysbeen a mission for us in the course oftime since Güldo¤an has been founded.There are Osthoff Singeing , BenningerCold Bleaching, Benninger Chaintype-Mercerisation, Washing and Pad-Steam

DYE HOUSE

Machines, using latest technology, forserving pretreatment purposes.We are using Monforts E-control Machinewhich are the most suitable process to beable to dye big lot sizes with a uniquecolour tone without any shade differences.In our dying systems, we are usingThermosoling process for Polyester fibresand E-control process for cellulosic andviscose fibres which could make it possibleto dye big volume woven fabrics with thesame colour tone without any beginningendand right-center-left tone difference.

We have distrubuted dye and chemicalsolutions to required machines with highprecision automated processes. We haveminimized the risk of using wrong ratiosduring the processes via automationsystems.Our dyhouse facility consists of BleachingMachine/Benninger, MercerisationMachine/Benninger, Pad SteamMachine/Benninger, Open Width WashingMachine/Benninger, Continuous Thermosoland E-control Open Width DyeingMachine/Monforts, Stenter /Monforts,Stenter/Artos, SanforizingMachine/Monforts, and CalenderMachine/KüstersRotary Screen Printing Machine/ Stork.

We can obtain the desired touching effect and dimensional stability.We eliminate the problems of dying facilitiesby using reverse osmose water treatmentsystem in our plant.Our test laboratory has equiped with thephysical and the chemical test equipmentsof James Heal Lab. Machines and eachorder has been eveluated by consideringour customers requirements before theshipment.The tests which could be done in our labfacility are washing, perspration, rubbing,colour, water fastness, elmatear tearingstrength, tensile strength, martindale pillingand abrassion and colour

We have rotary screen printing machine and steel printing machine. We proceed pigment and reactive printing in both machines up to 12 colors. We can print special vintage effected designs and fine stripe designs competently.
