DO’s & DON’Ts GOOD REVIEWS V/S BAD REVIEWS

Page 15: Shiksha Live Project - Workflow & Training Guidelines

KEEP IN MIND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A GOOD REVIEW

• The reviews should be as detailed and objective as possible, but at the same time, should not be verbose.

• The reviews should be a genuine representation of the student’s experience of the college. This experience could range from very good to very bad, depending from person to person. It should be honest and credible.

• The Reviews should not contain foul language, gibberish or be plagiarized (copied from elsewhere).

Page 16: Shiksha Live Project - Workflow & Training Guidelines

CHARACTERISTICS OF A GOOD REVIEW (CONTD.)

• The reviews should not only praise the college. Criticism is essential as it paints a clear picture.

• The reviews should not be generic. As many facts must be presented in the review. ―[Eg. - "Infrastructure is decent" is very generic. "The media labs in the

college are well equipped. All the computers are Macs and have FCP installed on them. There is a production room which has recording equipment (both voice and video) but does not have lighting equipment." is quite specific]

• Reviews by false representation can result in the brand ambassador not getting either certificate or stipend for the entire project. So keep track of the reviews being uploaded.

EXAMPLE OF A GOOD REVIEW

Page 20: Shiksha Live Project - Workflow & Training Guidelines

EXAMPLE OF A BAD REVIEW

“College is average, but it has good infrastructure. Faculties are very rude and few of them are not qualified enough. Placements are decent. If someone asks me for the college I would give a rating of 3/5. In short it is an average college to study in .”

Please Avoid such kind of reviews
