Shift Schedule

On the Home screen, tap the ‘Show

My Schedule’ button to view your shift

schedule

The shift schedule shows the details of

your current day’s assignment:

• Shift location

• Shift time

• Supervisor details

• Map to your assigned station

You can view your complete schedule

here.

Click on any of the shift assignments

to view the details.

Start & End Your Shift



• On the Home screen, tap the ‘Clock

In’ button to start your shift

• Clocking in will start your shift on

the application

• The Shift counter will start counting

Start Your Shift



• These are the details of your

current activity

• Completed activities in the current

shift are displayed under Timeline

Start Your Shift



• When you move out of your shift

location, the app will alert you

• You can simply follow the route on

the map to get back to your location

Out of Location Alert



• To end your shift, tap the ‘Clock Out’

button on the Shift screen

• The shift clock will stop counting

and you will exit the shift screen

• Your Timeline will be updated with

your last shift activity

End Your Shift


Taking Breaks



• Tap the ‘Break’ button on the

Shift screen to start your Break

and the Shift time counter will

stop

• Break time counter will start and

the Current Activity is updated to

‘On Break’

Taking Breaks



• To end your Break and resume your

shift, tap the ‘Resume’ button to

restart your shift

• The Shift counter will restart from

where it was paused

• The Break counter will now display

time since the last Break

• Time spent on your last Break is

updated to your Timeline

• A new activity starts

Communication –Receive Messages



• New message and

notification alert will be

displayed at the bottom of

the page

• Click on the message icon

to open the Message

inbox

• Click on the message to

read the message

• Messages will appear in

threaded conversations

• You can also access the

Message Inbox through the Menu

• To view the Message Inbox, tap

on the Message option in the

Menu

• Tap on a message to read the

conversation

• For voice messages, tap on the

play button to listen

Communication –Send Messages



• To initiate a new conversation, go to the Messages screen and tap Contact button on the top right corner

• Your contacts list will appear

• Select the recipient from your contacts

• Once the recipient is selected, enter your message and click on the Send button

• Tap Create Group on the top right

corner to create a new chat group

• Insert a Name for the group, then

click Next to create the group

• On the message screen,

tap the Preset button within

the text field

• The list of Pre-set

messages will be shown

• Browse through the

messages and select the

appropriate one

• The selected message will

appear in the text field. You

can edit it if required

• Tap the Send button to

send the message

Incident Alert –Request Emergency Assistance



• The Emergency Assistance button

is available on the top right hand

side of your Shift screen.

• Tap the Emergency Assistance

button to request for help

• You will be taken to the Emergency

Assistance screen

• There are different types of emergencies you can request specific help with

o Medical aid

o Crowd situation – crowding incident

o Security threat

o Rescue support

o Fire alert

• You can also send messages directly to CCCC

• Tap Panic Alert only in extreme cases where you do not have time to classify the incident

• Click on the menu icon on the

Home page to open the main

menu

• Tap on the Evacuation Map option

in the Menu

• Click on the station name to toggle

between stations

Train Schedule



• The Train Schedule lets you

refer to updated Train timings

at any time

• Tap on the Train Schedule

option in the Menu

• The train schedule can display:

o Timings on selected route

o Timings for the source

station

Staff Profile



• Click on the your name at the top

of the menu to view your profile

• Your profile details will be shown

on the screen

User Profile



• You can change the language on

the app by clicking on ‘Change

Language’ button. Select the

language from the list

• Tap the ‘Change Password’ button

to change your password then

enter your Old and New

passwords

Amend Preferences



Tap the ‘Logout’ button to log out from

the application
