Shienbein Concept 1 & 2

I digitally color rendered the residential concept landscape plans by imputing the design form BricsCAD into SketchUp. The landscape has two concepts for the client and Landscape Designer to review. I also created the design in 3-D using SketchUp. I discuss the design over with the designer to decide the materials and plants. I created 3-D and 2-D color rendering for the clients to see the full potential of the design. I added little details like pots and BBQs from SketchUp’s online library and 3-D features I created.

Plan view: I imputed measurements into BriscCAD. I selected the hardscape and softscape materials colored in the plan view based on the Landscape Designer’s digital drawing. The plan view plant symbols were chosen by the designer and I imputed them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp.

3-D: I created the retaining walls and design features in SketchUp to show the new design. I built the existing retaining walls and slope. I created the new steps and fire pit set in the slope’s retaining wall and the seating and step access to the top of the slope from the designer’s 2-D drawing. The 3-D plant symbols were chosen by the designer and I imputed them into the design using LandFX and SketchUp.
