1) Click on the Apple icon on the top left hand corner. Click System Preferences…
2) Click the Sound icon.

3) Click Input and select AT2020 USB. Here you will adjust the input level similar to what you see below. The input level will increase or decrease the microphone’s sensitivity.

4) Open Adobe Audition CC 2014. You can search this by using the magnifying glass on the top right hand corner of the screen.

5) Click the red circle to record audio. Once you click the red circle you will see a window open.

6) Set the audio file to the settings above. You can name the file whatever you like.
7) Click the square icon to stop
recording.

8) To save your recording, go to File->Save As….
9) Save the .WAV file to your external hard drive. You will use this WAV audio file in Adobe Premiere Pro to lay under your B-Roll.
