MS Shevchenko (192 passengers) has become one of our best balcony ships after the

thorough renovation that had taken place in 2019. Her upgrade was done mainly in

accordance with the renovation project of the MS Excellence Katharina - our best and most

modern luxury river cruise ship. The only difference is that the MS Shevchenko is meant for

the ‘affordable luxury’ segment; therefore her Boat Deck does not have Suites or Mini Suites.

Yet, the two of her ‘balcony decks’ - the Boat Deck and the Upper Deck - are equipped with the

Deluxe Cabins that are twin or double. Two Panorama Suites with balcony terrace are located

on the Upper Deck. International cuisine and Russian dishes are served. Crew: 93

With the area of 570.5 sq ft / 53 sq m the two

Balcony Panorama Suites of the MS Shevchenko

tend to be the most spacious cabins of our entire

river fleet. The dimensions include the size of the

cabin’s balcony terrace though. Besides the

private balcony terrace the Panorama Suites

have panoramic windows, air-conditioning /

heating system, satellite flat-screen TV, safe.

Electricity is of 220V, European plug (two round

pins). Private bathroom with a shower is in each

cabin. Double beds can be separated on request.

Balcony Deluxe Stateroom Room Size: 236.8 ft2 / 22.0 m2

Balcony Deluxe Staterooms are the most

common cabins on the ship. There are 34 of

them on the Boat Deck; and 32 such cabins are

located on the Upper Deck. The size of such a

cabin without balcony is around 193.8 sq ft / 18.0

sq m. These staterooms have air-conditioning /

heating system, satellite flat-screen TV, safe.

Electricity is of 220V, European plug (two round

pins). Private bathroom with a shower is in each

cabin. Double beds can be separated on request.

Limited number of cabins are dedicated twin

Premium Plus Cabin Room Size: 172.2 ft2 / 16.0 m2

Premium Plus cabins are all exclusively located

on the Upper Deck not far from the ship's

restaurant. There are only 4 such cabins in total.

All of them are equipped with double beds.

These staterooms have air-conditioning / heating

system, satellite flat-screen TV, safe. Electricity

is of 220V, European plug (two round pins).

Private bathroom with a shower is in each cabin.

Every one of them has a panoramic window that

opens.

Premium Cabin Room Size: 145.3 ft2 / 13.5 m2

The layout of a Premium cabin generally takes

after a Premium Plus one. The difference is that

a Premium is smaller; and all of them are located

on the Main Deck of the ship. There are 24

Premium cabins in total. Most of them are

equipped with double beds that can be separated

on request, but some of the Premium cabins are

dedicated twin staterooms. All have air-

conditioning / heating system, satellite flat-screen

TV, safe. Electricity is of 220V, European plug

(two round pins). Private bathroom with a shower

is in each cabin. Every one of the Premiums has

a panoramic window that opens.
