Program Code of ConductThe following are the expectations that every student in the HWDSB Hockey Skills Academy will adhere too

AttitudeThe biggest stumbling block to players succeeding in hockey is a poor attitudePlayers that rapidly progress are those individuals that possess a strong work ethic, always open to learn, humble, and have quiet confidenceHumble – modest, not grand or important, respectful, and courteous (ie. Wayne Gretzky, Steve Yzerman, Steve Nash etc.)

SchoolPlayers in the program will be held to the highest standard This course is a privileged program in the HWDSBPlayers are expected to attend all classes during the day and maintain passing gradesStudents not meeting expectations in other courses risk not being accepted for the hockey program in the future!
