PRODUKT-DESIGNSie haben bereits eine genaue Vorstellung, wie Ihr Produkt aussehen und was es vermitteln soll? Gemeinsam machen wir uns im SHB-Stan-dardprogramm auf die Suche nach der geeigne-ten Verpackung.
Trotzdem nicht fündig geworden? Gerne setzen wir Ihre eigenen Ideen als 2D-Präsenta-tion um oder erstellen direkt eine Darstellung in Fotoqualität, auf Wunsch sogar mit Ihrem eigenen Etikett.
Zeitspanne: ca. 4-5 Arbeitstage.
MODELLBAUProfitieren Sie von unserer langjährigen Erfah-rung im Modellbau.
Wir erstellen Ihnen in Handarbeit ein 3D-Holz-Modell Ihres zukünftigen Produktes, wel-ches sich vom späteren Original fast nicht un-terscheidet. So können Sie Ihre Produkte bereits vor Fertigstellung auf »Haptik« und Wirkung untersuchen. Lassen Sie sich überraschen!
Zeitspanne: ca. 1-2 Wochen.
WERKZEUGBAUDurch eine große Anzahl an Werkzeug- und Formenbauern finden wir, je nach Projekt und Dringlichkeit, den für Ihr Produkt erfahrensten. Anhand der zu erwartenden Mengen legen wir die Kavitäten fest. Dadurch müssen Sie kein unnötig großes Werkzeug bezahlen und sind flexibler in der Produktion.
Zeitspanne: ca. 2-3 Monate.
PRODUCTDESIGNYou already have an exact idea of what your product should look like and what message it should impart? We‘ll go through the SHB standard ranges together to identify the most suitable packaging.
Still not found anything suitable? We‘ll gladly con-vert your own ideas into a 2-D presentation, or even produce an illustration in photographic quality. We‘ll even include your own label if you wish.
Time frame: approx. 4-5 working days.
MODELLINGTake advantage of our many years‘ experience of model making.
We‘ll create a hand-made 3-D wooden model of your future product which will be hardly distin-guishable from the (yet to be made) original. This allows you to test the feel and functionality of your product before completion. You‘ll be surprised!
Time frame: approx. 1-2 weeks.
TOOLMAKING From our large pool of tool and mould makers we‘ll identify the most experienced partner for your product according to your project requirements and urgency. We‘ll define the number of cavities on the basis of the anticipated quantities. This means that you won‘t need to pay for an unnecessary large tool, and can be more flexible in production.
Time frame: approx. 2-3 months.
PRODUKTIONDie Firma SHB arbeitet ausschließlich mit erfah-renen, qualifizierten und namhaften Produzenten zusammen.
Da wir Ihr Projekt von Anfang an begleiten, wissen wir um die eventuellen Schwierigkeiten, die bei dem einen oder anderen Design auftre-ten könnten und können uns gezielt um diese kümmern. Unsere Mitarbeiter in der Qualitäts-sicherung haben stets ein offenes Ohr für Ihre Fragen und Anregungen. SHB produziert an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland. Somit kann jederzeit ein idealer Standort im Hinblick auf Bedarfsmengen (Werkzeuggröße) und Transportkosten gefunden werden. Auch bei einem Worst-Case-Szenario haben wir aufgrund unseres bewährten Baukastensystems jederzeit die Möglichkeit, auf einen anderen Standort auszuweichen.
Zeitspanne: ca. 6-8 Wochen ab Auftragsfreigabe bis zum fertigen Produkt.

PRODUCTIONSHB works exclusively with experienced, qualified and recommended manufacturers. As we‘ll be atten-ding to your project right from the start, we‘ll know in advance about the difficulties that might arise with a particular design, and will be able to take ap-propriate measures to deal with these. Our colleagues in Quality Assurance are always have a sympathetic ear for your questions and suggestions. SHB manu-factures in various locations in Germany, so an ideal location can always be found with regard to quantity requirements (tool size) and transport costs. Even in a worst case scenario, our proven modular system allows us to switch production to another location.

Mit den neuen Preformen für GEMINI II-, GEMINI III-, GEMINI IV-, und DELTA-Neck ist es nun möglich, fast alle SHB-Flaschen von 50–500 ml in PET umzusetzen.
With the new preforms for the GEMINI II, GEMINI III, GEMINI IV and DELTA necks, it is now possible to produce almost all SHB bottles from 50ml to 500ml in PET.

Zu unserer SHB Neuentwicklung gehören die patentierten DELTA Adapter. Diese Adapter passen auf sämtliche SHB DELTA-Flaschen. Durch einfaches Aufprellen lassen sich die DELTA-Prellhälse mit einem Standardgewinde versehen. Hiermit wird es möglich, ohne zusätzliche Werkzeugkosten eine bereits bestehende Flaschenserie z.B. mit einem Seifenspender zu ergänzen.

The patented DELTA Adapters are one of SHB‘s new developments. These adap-tors are compatible with all SHB DELTA bottles. It is easily fitted and converts the snap-on bottle neck to a standard screw thread. This means that for example a soap can be added to an existing bottle range without any additional tooling costs.
