The sample itinerary described below is approximately like the itinerary your group will be following during your stay with WHITE STAR TOURS. However, the exact times, days, and destinations may vary for your group.

Day 1 A morning departure has you heading to Cambridge, OH. Upon arrival you will check into your hotel

and freshen up for a delicious dinner at a local restaurant. Day 2 Enjoy a continental breakfast, then depart on a day of touring which begins with a visit to The Wilds,

a 10,000-acre adventure park. Enjoy a guided safari tour which brings you up close to rare and endangered species from around the world. The Wilds is one of the largest and most innovative conservation centers in the world. Your extraordinary adventure includes encountering rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, and other rare and endangered species living in natural, open-range habitats. Friendly and knowledgeable interpretive guides will help you learn about the animals and the important conservation work at The Wilds, which leads and inspires by connecting people and wildlife. Afterwards, visit the Dickinson Cattle Company for a Longhorn Tour. The 75-minute interpretive Longhorn Ranch Tour includes close up viewing of BueLingo, Texas Longhorn, and African Watusi cattle herds. The ranch buses cross Appalachian foot hill pastures and go where the cattle roam -- up close and personal for guests. Return to your hotel to freshen up for dinner.

Day 3 Following a continental breakfast, depart for a train ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

Explore Ohio's National Park by train. Sit back and relax on this scenic train ride through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. On board, you will see bald eagle nests, the rushing Cuyahoga River and historical landmarks. Return to your hotel to freshen up for dinner. After dinner, you will spend an unforgettable evening at the Living Word Outdoor Drama. Relive the life of Jesus Christ, in a time when God manifested His glory and love to man through His son. This stunning and breathtaking drama takes place on a spectacular 400-foot panoramic set which is considered America's most authentic re-creation of Old Jerusalem. In this moving drama, you will experience His teachings, His trials, and His ultimate triumph, His Resurrection! The Living Word Outdoor Drama is the only one of its kind that invites the audience and visiting groups to be a part of the performance.

Day 4 After a continental breakfast, check out and travel to Mansfield, OH for a visit to the Ohio State

Reformatory, site of the famous Shawshank Prison from the movie Shawshank Redemption. Stand in those famous warden’s shoes as we enter the “Shawshank Prison”. You’ll experience the parole board room, the Warden’s office and Andy Dufresne’s escape tunnel and see the “Brooks was here. So was Red” sign. A tour highlight, participants can even take a trip into the sinister “hole,” Shawshank’s designation for solitary confinement. After your visit, lunch is included at the Blueberry Patch. Then, meet your guide for a tour of the area that includes famous Shawshank Redemption Sites, including the “Brewer Hotel” & “Portland Daily Bugle” (Bissman Building), Brooks’ bench, and the Shawshank Woodshop. After your visits, you will check into your hotel and freshen up before departing for dinner at a popular restaurant in the area.

Day 5 Following breakfast, check out and depart for home with fond memories of your trip to Ohio!
