Presently serving Amrit Cement LTD, Meghalaya as an Asst. Engineer in Instrumentation Department since Jun 2016 till date. It is a 2000 TPD dry process PLC Plant. Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintenance of Field instruments including Level Sensors, Level Switches, Temperature Sensors(RTD, Thermocouple),Pressure Switches, DP Transmitter, weigh Feeders, Solid Flow Feeder, Gas Analyzers, ZSS, Rotopacker & their calibration as needed.

Acting as a Shift Incharge, responding to the problem and sorting it out as quickly as possible.

Making Monthly consumption report for the department.

Issuing of daily purpose & maintenance related things using SAP.

Regular cross Checking of our devices related to its accuracy (Drop test for weigh feeders & Solid Flow feeders and reduce the error to minimum).

Worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Instrumentation Department at Amrit Cement LTD, Meghalaya since Jun 2015 to May 2016.
