"Sharp Bonus Offer" Terms & Conditions of Entry 1. Information on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers. 2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older only. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the promotion, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion and all family, friends and VIP sales are ineligible to enter the promotion. 3. To be eligible to claim, claimants must purchase a selected Sharp Microwave Oven from the models specified in clause 5, from any authorised participating Australian retail store during the promotional period commencing 01/04/16 and closes at 11.59 ADST on 15/05/16. At the time of submitting the claim, $9.95 is to be paid for validation, shipping and handling of the selected gift redemption. Payment can only be made via Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit cards. Credit card details are to be provided on the claim form as part of the gift redemption process. The charge will appear on the claimant's credit card statement as "Sharp Corporation". Note: Claimant is responsible for any additional fee that may be charged by the credit card provider. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail. Claimants, or their agents, will need to sign a Proof of Delivery upon receipt of the Bonus Gift and must check the contents for any damage before signing the Proof of Delivery. Once the Proof of Delivery is signed, Sharp is not liable for any claim for damages in relation to the delivery of the Bonus Gift. 4. To claim the promotional gift, claimants must complete, in full, the redemption form at www.sharp.net.au, submit the completed claim, attach a photocopy of the purchase receipt to the printed completed claim, and post to "Sharp Bonus Offer", Locked Bag 90, North Ryde NSW 1670 for validation. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product and date of purchase within promotional period. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions 'purchase' means payment in full for the specified product. 5. All claimants who submit a valid claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions when purchasing an applicable Sharp Microwave Oven will receive the following bonus gift: Bonus Joseph Joseph M-Cuisine Rice Cooker Set - Valued at $49.95 Applicable models: R34DMBK, R34DMW, R350YS, R350YW, R395YBK, R395YS, R80A0S, R890NS, R890NW, R990KS, R990KW, R995DST. The value of the gift offer is a guide only and was correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy in gift offer value. If product selected by claimant is no longer available an alternative gift will be given. 6. Completed claim forms and copy of receipt must be received by the Promoter within 14 days of online submissions, and no later than last mail 11:59PM AEST on 29/05/16. All back order claims must be submitted online by 11:59 AEST on 19/6/16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All claims must be completed by the actual purchaser of the specified product. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipts for all claims as proof of purchase should it be required. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested under these Terms and Conditions may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of a claimant's claims and forfeiture of any right to a gift. 7. The Promoter reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any claim and claimant's details (including a claimant's identity, age, place of residence and any other information related to the purchase of specified product) and to disqualify any entrant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 8. Claimants should allow a minimum of 8 weeks for delivery from receipt of valid claim, to receive their bonus gift. Supply will commence from 18/04/16. Delivery of gift requires a signature for Proof of Delivery, signee must check the contents for any damage before signing. The Promoter is not responsible for ensuring deliveries of specified products to the purchaser, nor for claims that are late, lost or stolen. 9. Multiple claims per individual are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per specified product purchase; and (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements. 10. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims not processed or declined claims due to incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or incorrect information or payment details. 11. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate. In the event of fraudulent claims, the Promoter reserves the right to provide the information of the claimants to law enforcement authorities for further investigation. 12. Upon validation of the claim by the Promoter, if the claim has been determined invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold an amount of $9.95 from the validation, shipping and handling fee, for administration charges related to invalid or fraudulent claims.

13. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Claims will be processed from 1st April, 2016. Claimants should allow at least 8 weeks from the date their claim form and copy of

purchase receipt is received by the Promoter, to receive their gift offer. Progress of their claim can be obtained from the Promoter's

website www.sharp.net.au by following the prompts to the promotion page and logging on using the provided unique code tracking

number and claimant's surname. Claimants will be advised at what stage the processing of their claim is at, and will include information

up to and including despatch and delivery.

15. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any delays in supply of the gift to the claimant as a result of the failure by the supplier of

the selected bonus gift to supply the required number of units within the time specified to the Promoter. The Promoter will not be

responsible for any delays caused as a result of inbound transportation or disruptions (including but not limited to strikes, weather,

postage delays etc) caused by events which are beyond the control of the Promoter and/or the supplier of the gift.

16. If claimant returns Sharp Microwave Oven for exchange or refund, the selected bonus gift must be in new/unused/original condition

and also be returned at the cost of the claimant. If the selected bonus is not returned at the time the Sharp Microwave Oven is returned,

the purchaser will be deemed to have elected to purchase the selected bonus gift from Sharp for its recommended retail price. In these

circumstances, Sharp may charge the purchaser's credit card an amount up to the value of the claimed item as in clause 5, depending

on eligible bonus.

17. If the specified gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with another gift to

the equal value and/or specification. The gift or alternative gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

18. Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter's website for the purpose of registering a claim is the claimant's responsibility and

is dependent on the internet service provider used.

19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all

liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,

special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);

(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

(c) any claim, purchase documentation or gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the

Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

(d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;

(e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or

(f) use of the gift.

20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information

to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory

authorities. Validity of a claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise

advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning

the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the

21. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
