This July marks the 75th anniversary since the founding of Muratec.In the 75 years since the company's foundation, through the development of the Mach Splicer that revolutionized the textile industry and other achievements, Muratec has accumulated know-how and technologies. The industrial fiber industry is expanding as social infrastructure develops, while the continuing expansion of the automobile industry is raising demand for tire cord as well as interior and exterior textile fibers. Now, in the Chinese industrial fiber manufacturing industry, there is not only competition in supply capability, but also demand for quality and cost competitiveness. To meet these market needs, the No. 3M6 that will be displayed is a two-for-one twister whose design concept provides a simple, highly-reliable construction.At ITMA ASIA + CITME 2010, Muratec will exhibit the versatility of the No. 3M6 with a specially-designed machine that combines the specifications of a cable twister and two-for-one twister.

1) Simple design conceptBy focusing on the functions that customers truly need, this design is simple and easy to use.

2) Two-for-one twister (Right-hand side)In order to achieve both high quality and high productivity, an induction-synchronous motor is used to maintain the same speed for all spindles, making stable, high-quality processing possible. This machine is able to handle a wide range of yarn counts.

3) Cable twister (Left-hand side)This machine provides a more simple construction compared to traditional cable twisters. It has been designed with operability in mind. In addition, a lineup of two types of spindles is provided, improving energy efficiency.
