Adding images and/or files to your Portfolio on Class Dojo

Parent/Carer Guide

To add images or files to your child’s Class Dojo, begin

by opening the App and clicking on the Portfolio tab.

Once you are in the Portfolio, click the plus symbol to add a

photo or file.

This menu bar will come up on your screen. You can

choose any of the following options.

To take a photo or video in real time, click either of these icons.

To upload an already saved file or photo

click this icon. Note: you cannot upload premade videos here.

1. Choose the image or file.

2. Drop the file in or click browse and select the image or file.

3. The image or file will then upload. Click the green upload file button.

Before the image or file is uploaded to your profile, it gives you the option to add a caption, record your voice, draw and other features. Feel free to

record yourself telling us about your image or file or write a caption.

1. Click the record button in the bottom

right corner to record your voice.

2. Press the stop button to finish recording.

3. To delete, or voice record again, click the X.

4. Click remove and try again. Or cancel if you want to keep the recording.

You might like to write something about your image or file. Start typing in the caption section.

When you are finished, click ‘Hand in’ in the top right corner.

Your image or file will appear on your portfolio! Only you and your child's teacher can see it!

If you click on your file, this is what you will see. Your teacher may comment on your upload here.

Click here to exit and go back to your portfolio page.

You can also draw and write on a plain page.

The homepage is for messages from

your teacher.

Please DO NOT upload your files

and images on the Home page. Always

upload in your child’s portfolio,

unless asked otherwise.
