Learning Outcome Pre-arrangement preparation is important when organizing events

Good communication with helpers before actual event results in smooth process

Good customer service towards all customers is vital

Time management is important (able to finish packing all goodies before the distribution timeslot)

Learn to communicate in a proper manner with suppliers

Follow up is crucial after the distribution of goodies

Recommendations Suppliers to label their products properly as all products looks

similar

Suppliers to deliver their products on time

Receipts to be staple at the center of purchase order form

Ensure helpers are free to help the Festive Team throughout the whole process

Inventory are to be stock up (more masking tape are needed)
