Shared Streets: Lower ManhattanSaturday, Aug. 13, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.NYC DOT is excited to launch this new public space initiative! Pedestrians, cyclists, and motor vehicles share these historic lower Manhattan streets and motorists are encouraged to drive 5mph. Encounter a wide range of local business offerings and free historic and cultural programs from bicycle and walking tours to live performances.
