The High Five Program has helped Sudbrook Magnet Middle School’s Parent Teacher

and Student Association raise money for our agenda books for the 2011-12 school year.

Every year we provide agenda books to the entire school body and it can cost us upwards

of $8,000. The games have been a great tool in raising funds for this purpose as well as

getting the families together on game nights.

Our travel baseball team has relied on the High Five Program as our primary fundraiser

for the last three seasons. We had other fundraisers during this period, but High Five was

consistently the best, as it provided the most funds received, was the easiest to organize

(the Orioles supplied all we needed to promote it), and was the most fun for the boys…

plus there was the night for all of us at Oriole Park!

Make your group outing extra special by hosting a pre-game party at Oriole Park.

Spaces are available for groups ranging from 25 to 1,000 guests, and all parties take

place 90 minutes prior to the start of the game. Following the party, fans take their seats

within the seating bowl to enjoy the excitement of Orioles Baseball.

There is no room rental fee for a 90 minute pre-game party (an additional charge may apply for a longer party). A game ticket must accompany every party ticket, and seating can be selected in any area of the ballpark (based on availability).

Catering is required to host a party and is based upon the quantity of party tickets purchased. Delaware North Companies Sportservice is the exclusive caterer of Oriole Park and can be reached by calling 410-659-0812.

is our most popular pre-game party area. The Bullpen Picnic Grove is often shared with

This space was once a year-round restaurant, but now offers a unique baseball themed

setting for a business meeting or party. When renting both floors guests may travel

between floors using the grand staircase or the elevators. The floors can be rented jointly

or individually to accommodate your guests. The 7th floor is available for up to 225

guests. The 8th floor is available for up to 150 guests.

The Miller Lite Flite Deck is Oriole Park’s newest area to host your group outing. Located

on the Club Level in right field, this unique space offers your group a more social seating

option for any afternoon or evening at the ballpark. Seating in the Miller Lite Flite Deck is

comprised of drink rails and high-top tables with seating. The area contains three decks

that can each accommodate a group of 24 to 30 guests. The minimum group for this

space is 24 guests, with a maximum capacity of 90 guests.

Catering is provided exclusively by Delaware North Companies Sportservice. Menus are

deposits

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation of all prime games.

Prime games include Opening Day, Phillies, Red Sox and select games versus the Yankees.

Fans may purchase gift certificates which can be redeemed at concession stands located

inside Oriole Park (see below).

gift certificates (Bird Bucks)

Gift certificates are available for purchase through the Group Sales Department or the

Box Office. They can be redeemed for future game tickets, at Oriole Park concession

stands and merchandise stands. Gift certificates are redeemable for one year from the

issue date and are available in denominations of $1, $5, $10, $20, $25 and $50.

inclement weatHer

The Orioles make every effort to play each game on its scheduled date. Should weather

cause the postponement of the game, an announcement will be posted on Orioles.

com and be communicated by local media. A game-specific exchange policy will be

announced at that time or shortly thereafter.

oriole Bird visits

Make your group outing extra special with an in-game visit from the Oriole Bird. Bird

visits are $75 and all proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation.

There are a limited number of visits for each game.

parking

General parking is available on a day of game basis in Lots F, G and H. Limited parking

may be offered in Lots B and C on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Bus parking may be purchased in advance of your group outing for $25. Please order at

least 10 business days prior to your game to allow for delivery of the parking pass. Bus

parking is also available day of game for $30.

payment

Full payment is required no later than 30 days after receiving your group invoice. Tickets

will be issued once final payment has been received.

To arrange a former player appearance for your group event at Oriole Park, please

scoreBoard surprises

Fans may recognize that special person’s birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park’s

centerfield video board. Please call 888-848-BIRD at least 48 hours in advance to

schedule your Scoreboard Surprise. Scoreboard Surprises are $25 and all proceeds will

benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation.

scoreBoard welcomes

A Scoreboard Welcome is complimentary with your group ticket purchase. You may

provide your group’s name to your Group Sales Representative when reserving your

ballpark outing. Subject to approval, this name will appear on the centerfield video board

at the end of the 2nd inning.
