•A professional manufacture founded in 1995, specialized in research and design. Production of various Softside luggage, Computer bag, Travel bag and Briefcases. Travelmate export to USA, Italy, France and Japan and small portion of local China market. After 9 years of operation,Travelmate expand a new large-scale of 23,000 square meters plant in 2004. •Located in Shanghai city. Travelmate is a high standard and well-equipped modern and good reputation factory. •We use Automobile manufacture LEAN concept and invest lot of money to set up whole factory. Travelmate has about 500 staffs and total eight production lean lines. We have ERP system to make the good control in warehouse, offer competitive sharp price product, produce good quality bags, on time shipment, strong coordination and best service merchandising team with customers. •Travelmate has a very strong Design team to offer new trend concept to customers.When customers visit our high standard factory, they always are very impressed by seeing our high equipped production line. TPS (Toyota Production System) is for/from Car Industry, relatively, Lean Production system is for General Manufacturing Industry. Both of the two production management systems, just attempt to reduce all types of wastes during production as far as possible, meanwhile, implement Just-in-time production to satisfy customer’s delivery.
