C O ST$210* Includes registration, room and board, meals, a Shakespeare camp shirt, instruction, guest speakers, and recreational activities.

*If registered by April 25, you are eligible for a special “Early Bard” discounted cost of $185 and you will receive a complimentary ticket to Taylor Theatre’s spring production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The $185 cost must be paid in full by April 25, 2016.

Taylor student & faculty performance

Workshops & big idea talks

Text work, scene work, rehearsals

Recreation, free / quiet time, meals & banquet event

Saturday final performance

Sunday morning worship service

Taylor University students will live in the residence hall and eat in the dining commons with the students to supervise and instruct.

Taylor University professors and visiting theater artists, along with student mentors, will lead in the the study and performance of Shakespearean texts throughout the week.

Campers will attend “big idea” presentations, participate in workshops, and work with a small group to rehearse and present a scene from one of Shakespeare’s works.

Recreational activities and opportunities for rest and quiet time will be available each day.

Students and parents will attend final banquet (Friday night and receive individual recognition and awards.

Final presentation (Saturday evening) will feature all campers in scenes from Shakespeare.

Parents may attend the Friday night Banquet (ticket required), opening night performance, and final presentation.
