Please find enclosed herewith copy of the "Schedule of Examinations" duly approved by the

Vice - Chancellor, for the examinations to be conducted during i.e. from January, 2019 toDecember, 2019, for your reference and necessary action.

You are further requested:-

1. To plan schedule of the "Internal Assessment" Test/Exams, in respect of the course(s) being run in

your Faculty /Dept./CoIJege, accordingly and to ensure that the "Internal Assessment" marks are

submitted to this office at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the examination concerned. Acopy of the schedule so prepared be sent to this office also.

2. The exam form of the students may kindly be submitted to this office strictly in accordance with theschedule of exams. notified herewith.

3. The Validation of the Exam. form be done by the stipulated date. Non -Validation of examination

forms by concerned i.e. Dean/Principal, Accounts & Registration Branches, will make the student

ineligible for the Exam. and for that concerned Dean/ Head/Principal will be held responsible.

INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. Practical's may be held with in 10 days before the commencement ofTheory Examinations.(ExceptFMHS& FDS)

2. The Scheduleis subject to change by the competent authority;

3. The finewill be charged on dailybasis after the last date (with late fee ofRs.1000)4. The concerned Dean/HOD/Principal. as the case may be. will ensure the submission of the Exalpinafion torms , .

online/offline. along with Examfee (Onlyfor Re-appear candidate(s). upto the prescribed date. In case any of the date

for submission of Examination forms happens to be a holiday. the next working day will be the last date for this

purpose;5. The Validation of the Exam. form be done by the stipulated date. Non -Validation of Exam. forms by concerned

Dean/Principal. Accounts& Registration Branches. will make the student concerned ineligible for the Exam.Therefore.

all concerned should accord due priority and sensitivity to it to avoid the hardship to the students;

6. Ex-Students (Fail/Placed under Re-appear) should also submit their online examination forms and fee receipt.

7. Re-appear candidates under semester system will also appear alongwith semester main examination.

8. In case of late admission or late declaration of results, where it is not on the part ofthe candidate(s), no late fee will be

charged upto 15 days from the date of declaration of result(s)/admission of the candidate concerned. Thereafter, lateI

fee applicable on the date of submission will be charged as per schedule.
