GALLERIA MALLPLOVDIVBULGARIA
An exterior and interior design solution aiming to improve overall concept and ability to generate business. Our main vision is to create a modern and stylish environment. The interior is driven by the idea of opening up spaces and creating visual lines. In regard to the exterior we are applying the box-in-box concept by wrapping the existing structure with a secondary facade, giving the flexibility of using the transparency for lighting effects.
Our Sofia office is often engaged as a visualisation and outsourcing team - most of the images on this presentation are created in-house.

The new local centre for SAC comprises a mix of small retail to service the park with a health centre. The design has to create a visual end to the site as well as acting as a natural extension to the park in the centre of the office and hotel complex.

LAWLEYDISTRICT CENTRE
TELFORDUK
Lawley District Centre is an animated central square, which forms the heart of the Lawley ‘Urban Extension’ development, providing the main focal point for the four Lawley neighbourhoods.
Lawley District Centre has become a vibrant and active centre combining commercial, retail and community facilities and residential accommodation. These include a supermarket, shops, offices, restaurants and pubs, a hotel, healthcare facilities and apartments. Beyond its rich provision of facilities, Lawley Square also sets out to contribute to the public realm, creating an identity and sense of place for Lawley, as well as a destination for the local and wider communities.

A strategically important site that provides a direct pedestrian route through from the railway station to the town centre by way of Priory Bridge. The mixture of uses proposed includes a supermarket, general retail, cinema, residential apartments and waterside restaurants and bars. The waterside improvements will add a new and exciting new dimension to the town’s attractions.
