Available Small Groups: Individuals may view available small groups any time
through their myFIRSTFREE login

Listing of all available small groups –Inquirer will click on “Request Info” for a particular
group to request more information

Inquirer sends request: Inquirer will be able to indicate a day and time which is most convenient to
contact him and also add comments/questions about the group. Clicking “Send Request” sends an email to the
SG Leader. Inquirer is unable to view the SG Leader email address.

SG Leaders receive emails requesting info on their SG. Make sure your email filters will
accept emails from the domain acstechnologies.com. When a request is received, the SG Leader needs
to take two actions: 1. Respond to the inquiry 2. Let the SG Tracking Coordinator know you have followed
up with the inquiry.

Responding to a Request for Information: SG Leaders can email a response to the
individual simply by hitting the “Reply” button.

SG Leader Contact follow-up with SG Tracking Coordinator: Use your myFIRSTFREE login. Anyone
who has requested information on your small group will be listed on your myFIRSTFREE homepage under “My
Assigned Group Connections”. Click on the name.

SG Tracking Coordinator places individuals on small group roster, or works with the inquirer
to locate another small group to try.
It is imperative, that you, as a SGL, communicate well to the inquirer and the Adult Connection
Coordinator. Our purpose is not to collect data but to intentionally connect people into meaningful
relationships for the sake of the Gospel.
