    Face Alignment under Partial Occlusion This task was to set the problem of align-ment of faces with partial occlusion in both NIR and NIR vs.VIS face recognition sys-tem. A robust face alignment method combining local feature matching and ProbabilisticHough Transform (PHT) are established with promising performance.

    Fast Key-points Detection in NIR Face Image This task was to detect key-pointsin speechified face locations (eye and mouse corner, nose tip, etc) in a fast way so thatface alignment approach like AAM, ASM can get a preferable initialization speed.

    Experience Baidu, Inc, Beijing, China May 2013 to August 2013 Face Editing This work aims to generate special facial image through computer. The

    projects includes face makeup, babyface generating, facial skin denoising and face clone.Some of them will appearing in WonderPhoto APP.

    North China Electrical Power University, Beijing, China June 2006 to June 2008 Founded Hunters Lab-the first independent lab for students at NCEPU

    This lab was founded as Ive taken charge from 2006-2008, with 25 members carrying outresearches and organizing academic seminars. The lab had been sponsored by NationalInnovation Fund of China (NIFC) and Beijing Innovation Fund.
