General Terms and Conditions

The proposed site of work shall be absolutely cleared off any dumped material by the client before the execution of the work. The sizes/dimensions of the tanks are tentative and can be altered according to the space available so as to achieve optimum efficiency. However the capacity of the plant shall not be altered. HESPL shall offer the guarantees for the manufacturing defects for the period of 1 yr from the date of delivery of the product to the site. All electrical equipments installed in the system, viz. pumps/motors/blowers shall be under warranty against any manufacturing defect as guaranteed by the manufacturer. All electrical works; i.e. wiring, etc., up to the Panel at STP site shall be carried out by the client. Liability of HESPL is limited to satisfactory operation of the installed STP with the treated Sewage sample conforming to the standards stipulated by the concerned PCB authorities. The rates quoted are including all taxes and and excluding Transportation/Transit insurance etc. The product will be delivered within 15 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order along with an initial amount of 50% of the Total Price as the mobilization advance. The time schedule mentioned here adheres strictly to the timely release of the payments. Any other equipment installed other than those mentioned above shall be charged extra. This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of its issue. Guaranty does not cover consequential damage/defects of any nature resulting from improper use/handling of the equipments. All disputes are subject to the Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only.
