Her ten years of experience Milica started in promotion team of Davidoff. Afterwards, she started working in McCann Erickson as Junior BTL Manager where she worked on projects for Coca-Cola, RZB Srbija, Doncafe.

In 2003 she worked on B92 Television, where she worked as a journalist and cultural-amusement program editor for five years. Engaging on Fox TV she became the author of Lifestyle broadcast.

Since 2008 she is the manager of agency SEVENT, which specializes in event management. After thirteen years of studio and stage experience as a professional musician, he continues his career as a TV and video producer (POP TV / VEPRI PRODUCTION 1996-2000) and at the same time develops a big love towards Event Management, which professionalizes and in the next ten years expresses itself in realization of over 300 large corporative and VIP events (Agency KISIK 2000-2005, SEVENT 2006-2010) on territory of former Yugoslav and other European capitals (Monte Carlo, London, Budapest, Trieste, …).

Through his wide experience, he can look at creative and technical scene realization with a 360 degree view and say: »An event must be perfect or not at all!«

In 2006 he opens his own Event Management Agency in Slovenia and since 2008 also in Serbia the essential team, specialized for Below-the-line segment, breathes under the name of SEVENT.
