Setup MOC Auto Reports
The MOC Auto Reports provides a method to notify people about the status of MOCs. In some jurisdictions, this step is required. Features:
User Configurable.
Sends Emails Automatically.
Filter By MOC and People.
Summary Reports For Management.
Detail Reports For Supervisors.

Setup MOC Auto Reports
Click To Launch MOC Auto Report Screen
Launch Setup Auto Reports
Setup MOC Auto Reports
Setup Auto Reports Screen
View Report
Setup MOC Auto Reports
Setup Auto Reports Screen
Report Filters
Select Company (Location). Defaults to Your Location.
Select Assigned To Person. Defaults to You.
Select Report Type.
Select Specific MOCs. Defaults to All.
To Edit Existing Auto Report, Select Report ID From List.
For New Auto Report, Leave Reports Field Un-Selected.
Setup MOC Auto Reports
Email Settings
Enter/Edit Report ID.
Set Report Status. Active Status Required To Send Report.
Set Email Parameters; Importance, To, From, Subject, etc.
Set Auto Report Frequency and Start Date.
Select Web Page to Set Report Format.
Click Document Icon to View Report.
For One Time Report, Set Report Frequency to Nothing and Click Email Icon at Top of Screen.
To Save Report, Click Check Mark.

Only MOCs and Steps with Assigned To Name Filter Appear
Setup MOC Auto Reports
Can Create As Many Auto Reports As Necessary.
Email To Cannot Be Null.
Must Set Report Type and Format.
Default All MOCs Unless Filtered.
Report Must Be Set To Active. Inactive Reports Are Skipped.
