![Page 18: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/18.jpg)

Asking for & Telling time
![Page 22: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/22.jpg)
It’s + hora completa
![Page 23: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/23.jpg)
Primera media hora: Past
Estructura:
It's + minutos + past + la hora
Por ejemplo: 9:10 - ten past nine 2:03 - three past two 11:29 - twenty-nine past eleven
![Page 24: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/24.jpg)
preposición to.
Estructura:
It's + minutos faltantes + to + la hora siguiente Por ejemplo: 3:50 - It's ten to four 2:35 - It's twenty-five to three 11:42 - It's seventeen to eleven Se usa la hora siguiente para decir la hora actual, de la misma manera que lo hacemos en español. It's ten to four.
![Page 25: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/25.jpg)
O’clock ( _ _ : 00 )
Estructura:
It's + hora + o'clock
Por ejemplo: 3:00 - It's three o'clock 7:00 - It's seven o'clock 11:00 - It's eleven o'clock
![Page 26: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/26.jpg)
Quarter Past ( _ _ : 15 )
Estructura:
It's + quarter past + hora
Por ejemplo: 3:15 - It's quarter past three 7:15 - It's quarter past seven 11:15 - It's quarter past eleven
![Page 27: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/27.jpg)
Quarter to ( _ _ : 45 )
Estructura:
It's + quarter to + hora siguiente Por ejemplo: 3:45 - It's quarter to four 7:45 - It's quarter to eight 11:45 - It's quarter to twelve En español, por ejemplo, 3:45 se dice "quince para las cuatro", en inglés es It's quarter to four.
![Page 28: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/28.jpg)
Half past ( _ _ : 30 )

![Page 29: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/29.jpg)
Modo Simple
It's quarter to four" podemos decir "It's three fourty-five".
![Page 30: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/30.jpg)
Modo Simple
Estructura:
It's + hora + minutos
Por ejemplo: 3:30 - It's three thirty 9:15 - It's nine fifteen 11:14 - It's eleven fourteen
![Page 31: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/31.jpg)
A.M. & P.M.
The meeting is at 7:00 p.m.
![Page 32: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/32.jpg)
• Es necesario usar preguntas con what y when.
![Page 33: Sesion5](https://reader033.vdocuments.mx/reader033/viewer/2022042816/55883925d8b42a7b538b467b/html5/thumbnails/33.jpg)
