HACCP TRAININGThis course meets accepted HACCP standards. It contains the information needed to effectively participate in the organization, development, implementation and management of a successful HACCP plan. The student will experience practical, real world interactive case studies that cover the “five preliminary steps” of a HACCP plan and the application of its “seven principles”. Also included are HACCP plan development forms that can be printed and used to create a HACCP program. Two online course options available as well as private class. SERVSAFE ALCOHOL CERTIFICATIONincludes either the online course or private class at your establishment. $45 per person (minimum of 10 required for private class).

CHOKE SAVER TRAINING courses can be scheduled at our location or yours. Email us for more information. ChokeSaver training by

SERVSAFE FOOD HANDLERA comprehensive solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. Can be completed in approximately one hour and covers the five key areas of food safety: Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination, Allergens, Time and Temperature Control and Cleaning and Sanitizing. Course can be done online or in a private class at your establishment. $15 per person online or $45 per person for a private class (minimum of 10 required for private class).

SERVSAFE FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION “LIVE CLASS”including class and written exam is $145 per person with the ServSafe Managers book via Priority Mail (S&H fee apply) as well as access to our online training portal. Online exam is available following the class for an additional $20 for immediate results.

EXAM ONLY No Class, No Training Materials $95 (arrive at 11:45 am for exam portion of class)

SERVSAFE FOOD MANAGER “ONLINE COURSE” AND ONLINE CERTIFICATION “AT A LIVE CLASS”including class via online access and the online exam is $185. Class can be taken at your convenience from any internet connection. The exam requires a Proctor be present and attendance at any of the scheduled classes for the exam portion is necessary. Other accommodations can be made for the exam.
