Indetruck no tendría sentido si no fuera capaz de ofrecer un semirremolque frigorífico de alta gama cuya relación calidad precio fuera objetivamente excelente. El esfuerzo inversor desde el primer momento tuvo como objetivo poner en el mercado un producto nuevo, único e inmejorable. El resultado ha sido posible al contar con algunos factores excepcionales que se observaban y que se han puesto en valor.

En primer lugar se ha de destacar el capital humano. El personal de Indetruck presenta una profesionalidad y una capacitación que sólo se consigue tras décadas de experiencia. El transporte de alimentos por carretera es un servicio indispensable en los hábitos de consumo de las sociedades modernas. Gracias a la cadena del frío, una familia noruega puede comer un tomate de Almería o una naranja de Valencia con la misma calidad que una familia española. Carnes, pescados, congelados, frutas y verduras viajan cada día desde los fértiles países del sur hasta las casas de millones de consumidores europeos.

Los semirremolques frigoríficos conservan la frescura de los alimentos desde su recolección hasta el punto de venta. Al mantenerlos a bajas temperaturas evitan que, durante su transporte, se rompa la cadena del frío impidiendo que se inicie la actividad bacteriana que deteriora el producto.

The food transport on the road is an essential service in the modern society consumption habits. Thanks to the cold chain, a Norwegian family can have a tomato from Almeria or an orange from Valencia with the same quality a Spanish family do. Meat, fish, frozen, fruits and vegetables travel every day from the fertile countries in the South to the million of European consumers.

The cooling semitrailers keep the food fresh from the picking to the sales point. Keeping them under low temperatures, they avoid to break the cold chain during their transport and prevent them from starting a bacteria activity which spoils the product.

En los años 60 se construyeron los primeros vehículos isotérmicos en España, una de las grandes potencias europeas en producción agroalimentaria, ante la necesidad de exportar su producción para abastecer al resto del continente. En las décadas posteriores esta industria fue en aumento y actualmente Indetruck es la heredera directa de la primera marca nacional, lo que supone una experiencia acumulada que ya supera el medio siglo.

Los actuales semirremolques frigoríficos son mucho más sofisticados y tecnológicamente más avanzados que aquellos primeros furgones. Su fiabilidad ha sido decisiva para el despegue y la exportación del sector agroalimentario español.

La larga trayectoria de Indetruck en el sector aporta un conocimiento en la construcción de sus vehículos frigoríficos que responde a las más exigentes demandas de transporte. La calidad de sus semirremolques ha sido reconocida por expertos que han analizado desde su bastidor hasta su cajón de carga.

During the 60’s the first isothermal vehicles were made in Spain, a great powerful European countries in the agroalimentary production, under the necessity of exporting its production to provide the rest of the continent. In later decades this industry increased and at present Indetruck is the direct heir of the first national trade, which has suppose a wide experience for over half century.

The current cooling semitrailers are more sophisticated and more advanced technologically than the first ones. Their reliability has been decisive for the export and takeoff of the Spanish agroalimentary sector.

Indetruck long life in this area gives a great knowledge in the productions of its cooling vehicles which supply to the most exigent demands of transport. The quality of its semitrailers has been recogned by the experts who have checked from its undercarriage to its loading skip.

Construcción del BASTIDORTHE FRAME CONSTRUCTION

El bastidor de acero de los semirremolques de Indetruck se construye en acero con vigas IP enteras de fundición, de gran robustez y flexibilidad, que recuperan su posición original sin sufrir deformaciones tras ser sometidas a las tensiones de la carretera.

Estudios realizados al respecto demuestran que este material, al salir de fundición de una sola pieza, mejora su respuesta frente a las estructuras construidas con pletinas soldadas. Las vigas de acero enteras de fundición permiten al bastidor soportar mejor las toneladas de peso a transportar a lo largo de centenares de miles de kilómetros, millones de curvas e irregularidades del asfalto.

The steel frame of Indetruck semitrailers is made of steel with IP smelting beams, flexible and sturdy, capable of recovering their original position without any deformation even suffering from tension on the road.

A research made to this respect has demonstrated that this material, when being smelt in one piece, gives better results than those structures made of skelping. The entire steel smelting beams give better results in comparison to those made with skelps. The entire steel smelting beams allow the frame to support tons of weight to transport along hundreds of kilometres, million of bends and asphalt irregularities.

Las dos vigas de acero principales que se extienden a lo largo del bastidor se unen con travesaños sobre las que se montará el cajón frigorífico. En la parte delantera se instala el King ping, que unirá al semirremolque pivotando con la cabeza tractora.

El empleo de materiales de máxima calidad se completa con un diseño que refuerza su resistencia con tirantes de acero en el centro del bastidor que cruzan diagonalmente la estructura.

El diseño y los materiales empleados en la construcción del bastidor absorberán las tensiones a las que somete la carretera, protegiendo al cajón frigorífico, mucho más vulnerable, prolongando su uso y evitando reajustes o funcionamientos deficientes.

The two main steel beams along the frame are joined together with cross members where the cooling box will be set up. On the front side the King ping will be installed, joining the semitrailer with the tractor head.

Besides the use of high quality materials, a design is performed reinforcing its strength with steel hangers in the centre of the frame crossing diagonally the structure.

The design and the materials used in the construction of the frame will absorb the tensions of the road, protecting the cooling box, more vulnerable, increasing its use and preventing it from adjustments or unsatisfactory working.

GALVANIZADOZinc-Coated process

Todos los bastidores de los semirremolques Indetruck se galvanizan en caliente para protegerlos de las agresiones externas. La capa de cinc que lo cubrirá es diez veces más efectiva que la mejor capa de pintura, por lo que alarga su vida útil favoreciendo la amortización de la inversión.

El galvanizado en caliente empieza con una primera inmersión del bastidor en una balsa de desengrasante que lo limpiará de impurezas. Al ser una solución alcalina debe someterse a continuación a un enjuague total en agua. Posteriormente se sumerge en una tercera balsa donde se decapa el acero con ácido clorhídrico antes de recibir el galvanizado.

Un nuevo enjuague y unos minutos de secado a altas temperaturas lo dejan listo para el último paso. Un crisol de cinc a 450 grados centígrados espera para darse el último baño.

All the frames of Indetruck semitrailers are hot-dip galvanized to protect them from external aggressions. The zinc layer which will cover it, will be ten times more efficient than the best coat of paint, therefore its useful life will be longer providing the recovery of the investment,

The hot-dip galvanized starts with a first frame immersion in a pond of degreasing and will be cleaned of impurities. Being an alkalinic solution it must be totally rinsing. Afterwards it is drowned in a third pond for the hydrochloric-acid pickling before the zinc-coated.

A new rinse and a few minutes of high temperature drying and everything is ready for the last step. A crucible of zinc at 450 centigrades is waiting for the last bath.

El cinc fundido reacciona física y químicamente con el hierro y se adhiere al acero penetrando en cada uno de sus rincones cubriendo toda su superficie porosa. Todo el bastidor queda enfundado en un brillante y plateado traje protector hecho a su exacta medida.

Este nuevo aliado del acero actúa para que conserve su flexibilidad y robustez y no le afecte la acción del óxido y de otros agentes erosivos, como las salpicaduras de sal que tanto se utilizan en las carreteras de los países del centro y norte de Europa.

Montaje del CHASIS Chassis mount

La trasera de los semirremolques Indetruck es independiente en previsión de poder ser sustituida en caso de colisión sin que afecte al bastidor. Tras su colocación se instalan los pies de apoyo para continuar el montaje.

Seguidamente se fijan los ejes que se alinean con gran precisión y se voltea el chasis para seguir con la instalación eléctrica y neumática.

Se conectan los grupos ópticos traseros de tecnología led y la centralita electrónica WABCO de última generación que gestionará los frenos, su sistema antibloqueo, EBS y sistema antivuelco.

La centralita es un componente de alta gama que equipan los semirremolques de Indetruck para gestionar la frenada y la suspensión en milésimas de segundo. Su última tecnología optimiza la mejor respuesta combinada de todos los sistemas para dar la mayor seguridad en la conducción. Calcula el peso remolcado, la velocidad, la emergencia de frenada, la adherencia de la carretera y el tarado de la suspensión a través de los colchones de aire de presión neumática.

La centralita electrónica actúa en sintonía con el comportamiento de la cabeza tractora del camión como si se tratará de un vehículo compacto.

Los laterales se preparan para los spoilers anticiclistas preceptivos, según la normativa europea de seguridad, y los anti-spray que reducen la expulsión trasera de agua.

Los semirremolques Indetruck pueden mejorarse opcionalmente con ejes direccionales, y equiparse con cámara de visión trasera, cajón portapalés, arcón de equipaje, depósito extra de agua e incluso la habilitación de un compartimento para ser usado como cocina.

Cajón FrigoríficoRefrigerator box

Simultáneamente al montaje del chasis, empieza el del cajón frigorífico. El suelo se construye sobre una superficie laminada de madera. Su baja transmisión térmica contribuye a mantener la temperatura interior a conveniencia.

La base se refuerza con nervios de madera entre los que se colocará el poliuretano, que conserva el frío, y que será encapsulado con otra capa de madera, como si fuera un largo cajón, para preservar sus cualidades aislantes. Por debajo, una capa de poliéster protegerá eficazmente a la ligera y flexible madera, mientras que por arriba su interior se acaba con poliéster y sílice o con una lámina de aluminio.

The chassis installation starts simultaneously with the refrigerator box. The ground is built over a laminated wooden surface. Its low thermic transmission gives the chance to keep the internal temperature at your convenience.

The basis is reinforced with wooden nerves where the polyurethane will be placed which keeps it cool and will be with another wooden layer, as if it were a large box to preserve its insulating qualities. Underneath, a layer of polyester will protect efficiently the light and flexible wood, while on the top the inner is finished with polyester and silica or with an aluminium lead.

The thickness layer of polyurethane is reserved for the roof as it is they are most exposed to insolation hours. Roof and sides contains an extra protections against UVA rays adding a special darken resine.

La capa más gruesa de poliuretano se reserva para el techo al ser la zona que estará expuesta a más horas de insolación. Techo y laterales cuentan con una protección extra contra los rayos UVA al añadirse una resina especial oscurecida.

The frontal closes the forward line with a unique piece of polyester with injected resine which will cover the wooden frame where the refrigeration equipment will be anchored. Its inner and external parts are covered with a laminated paint which confers to the aspect a perfect finished.

El frontal cierra la parte delantera con una sola pieza de poliéster con resina inyectada que recubrirá el armazón de madera al que se anclará el equipo de refrigeración. Su parte interior y exterior se cubre con una pintura laminada que le confiere su aspecto de acabado perfecto.

The doors of Indertruck semitralers give an intelligent novelty in their inner part. Their design with a system of bands in relief, in the opposite deep to the refrigeration equipment, canalize and helps the convection in the inner and reduce the energy consumption. The circulation of cold gets better so that the temperature can be uniform in the cargo volume, even with the semitrailer completely full and for the goods located in the lower part.

Las puertas de los semirremolques de Indetruck aportan una inteligente novedad en su parte interna. Su diseño con un sistema de bandas en relieve, en el fondo opuesto al equipo de refrigeración, canaliza y favorece la convección en su interior y reduce el consumo de energía. La circulación del frío mejora para que la temperatura sea uniforme en todo el volumen de carga, incluso con el semirremolque completamente lleno y para la mercancía que se encuentra en la parte más baja.

Los ingenieros de Indetruck han hecho valer su experiencia de más de medio siglo para reforzar la boca de carga, que es donde se detectan más problemas con el uso continuado. Así, se aumenta la resistencia del suelo en la zona de entrada de mercancías y se monta un doble arco en la trasera del furgón. El primer arco, interior y de acero tubular, mantiene indeformable la boca de carga; el segundo arco, sobre el que se instalan las puertas, permitirá que cierren correctamente durante toda la vida del semirremolque.

The semitrailers of Indetruck have got 34 points of anchorage composed by an aluminium platen, bolts and nuts of high gauge y polymers of high adherence. The anchoring system to de steel beams to the chassis triple the safety threshold yet with the maximum allowed load and confers to the conjunct flexibility and sturdiness.

Finalmente llega el momento en que cajón de carga y chasis serán ensamblados con precisión milimétrica para ser ya un único vehículo. Los semirremolques de Indetruck cuentan con 34 puntos de anclaje compuestos por una pletina de aluminio, un tornillo de gran calibre y polímeros de gran adherencia. El sistema de anclaje a las vigas de acero del chasis triplica el umbral de seguridad aún con la máxima carga permitida, al tiempo que le confiere al conjunto robustez y flexibilidad.

Not less important the options required by the customer for the loading room and the personalized finishing touches attended with handcrafted nature in order to satisfy the customer requirements. Los últimos retoques de acabado se refieren a la colocación de pilotos laterales, bandas reflectantes y resto de elementos externos. No menos importante son las opciones solicitadas por el cliente para el espacio de carga y los acabados finales personalizados que se atienden con carácter artesanal para responder a las demandas del cliente. El semirremolque está listo para conocer el asfalto, el escenario natural para el que se ha construido.
