We derive our parentage from one of the largest conservancy and facilities management companies in Singapore, Ramky Cleantech Services Pte Ltd. (RCSPL). Over

the last two decades of operation, Customer Delight and Quality of Service have been the key enablers as RCSPL constantly refines its service offerings and

commitment levels to its clients.

RCSPL earlier operated as the services division of Sembcorp Enviro and played a pivotal role in maintaining Singapore's streets and housing estates clean and

green. It has now expanded its role to provide services in the fields of Industrial & Commercial Cleaning, Conservancy Services, Pest Control Services and Car Parks

Management Services. It currently offers its cleaning and car park management services at the Changi International Airport, apart from managing one of the

largest car parks in Singapore. As a market leader for provision of conservancy services, Cleantech Services maintains more than 1,300 HDB blocks and a number of

offices all over Singapore. Today, quality processes defined through certifications such as ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 enable a team

of more than 1,500 dedicated and professionally trained staff at RCSPL to competently deliver the company’s services while maintaining best-in-class standards.

A total experience of over two decades in the area of facilities management in the Singapore market, one of the cleanest cities in the world, forms the cornerstone of

our service strengths and capabilities in India. Building on the experiences of RCSPL, Evergreen Cleantech recognizes that only a capable and experienced team can

meet the challenge and is offering its valued clients customized solutions that effectively respond to their business challenges.
