We provide a complete, portable dredging system. Our man-operated or remote controlled dredges are cutting-edge, high quality, and easy to operate. Our portable dredges are fitted with equipment so not to damage HDPE pond liners.

Our equipment and technicians can be seen at municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, pulp/paper mills, chemical plants, power generation facilities, food processing plants, metal and mining facilities, and textile mills.

We offer turn-key services & equipment rentals. Understaffed plants utilize Eagle Dynamic Solutions to operate rented equipment, or staffs with experience operate machinery once it is commissioned. Large facilities contract Eagle Dynamic Solutions for capital improvement projects. Eagle Dynamic Solutions also has bonding capabilities for large municipal projects.

Eagle Dynamic Solutions has provided alternative fuels and raw materials (AFR) to cement kilns with great success for over 20 years.Our knowledge of cement chemistry, kilns and the entire manufacturing process enables us to create beneficial reuse opportunities that have economic benefits while ensuring no disruptions to plant operations or kiln productivity.

Some AFR situations and opportunities call for new or improved materials handling capabilities. EDS has the expertise to install and manage in-plant assets such as feeders, shredders and other processing and handling equipment.

Centrifuges dewater solids through means of centrifugal force. As the bowl spins, the heavier solids will settle to the outside of the bowl, and the water to the inside. The scroll rotates inside the machine to convey the material out and the water in the opposite direction. Abrasive material should not be used in a centrifuge as it can damage the bowl. Centrifuges can be used in most applications if the material will not damage the machine and will hold up to the forces of the machine without shearing.

Fiber, hair, and aquatic vegetation is not ideal for shaker screens as the screens can become matted or clogged with this material. Inline grinders can be used to handle this material. Municipal wastewater treatment plants ponds and digesters typically will require this equipment.
