PlanningOutline planning consent was granted on 29 January 2002 for “mixed use of land for employment, leisure, retail (Class A1and A3) and residential uses, also relocation of existing Search& Rescue facility”.

Plot M1 does not currently have a consent and accordingly the vendor has submitted a separate application for outlineplanning consent.
