Our Mission Service Wing Healthcare is a San Diego based startup company developing the next generation of medical informatics platforms for the healthcare industry. Our technology’s primary mission is to liberate, consolidate and formulate disparate sources of data currently residing within a healthcare enterprise into useful and actionable business intelligence to reduce healthcare delivery costs and improve patient outcomes. Service Wing’s vision is to establish an information exchange between these technology “silos” and provide a more comprehensive view of a healthcare network’s operation.

Our Data Process Work Flow Service Wing solutions leverages secure centrally aggregated and actionable data. Our robust interfaces allow us to receive medical data from a multitude of data sources including, but not limited to, Body Area Network (BAN) devices, third party web objects, Interactive Voice Response Systems ( IVR), mobile and smart phone devices, electronic health records (EHR) and existing legacy systems.

All data is captured as a Web Object and sent to Service Wing’s Application Server, where the data is then processed through our analysis and business rules engine. This allows users to customize business rules and logic which automatically generates real-time, actionable events and alerts. These events and alerts can be atomically integrated to any legacy system or other relevant data system. Service Wing has chosen to be data agnostic which allows us to provide this highly sought after actionable electronic medical intelligence to be distributed to any system, regardless of the size or complexity of that system. Our solutions are designed to integrate into existing clinical and operational workflows with minimal training and deployment requirements. We provide Turnkey solutions that are easy to deploy and cost effective.
