3. Twin tube (Tube in tube) exhaust without resonator in place of exhaust tube with

resonator for reliability & heat control & new mounting bkts & 1.5 Thk exhaust tube.

4. Chassis frame with LH HT Coil mounting on LH assly bkt Body mtg. bkt, instead of

engine, Bolt able brake module mounting.

5. Rear Harness suitable to new position of HT coil

6. Rear engine mounting member suitable for Double tube silencer.

7. Trailing arm with igus bush

8. Enclosure below driver seat & modified driver seat to suitable for enclosure mtg.

9. Body modified to suit Driver Enclosure fitment.

I. PERFORMANCE:

A. Improvement in Inlet & Exhaust Valve dimensions.

• Better pulling force in all gears

• Improved durability even with poor quality fuel.

• Drivability & Durability Improvement

B: Spark plug improvement: Solid post spark plug

1. Higher holding and pull out force & positive feel during assembly.

2. Better resistance to damage of clip when assembled roughly

C: Carburetor: Flange Type & w/o TPS: To avoid rubber Sleeve failure & disintegration.

TPS Deleted; Function of TPS is achieved via load based sensing of new CDI

A: HT Coil relocation on Body: HT Coil mounted at more safe location away from fuel lines.
