Cancellation Notice Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring a 50% service charge, while missed appointments will incur a 100% service charge.

Payment We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. While gratuity is left to your discretion, it may only be left by cash or check. All prices are subject to change without notice. We honor teachers, students, military, and senior guests with one service discounted 10%. Take advantage of our Beauty Rewards program and get Member Pricing on select days.

Gift Cards Gift cards may be purchased in-store, by phone or online and are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented at the time of redemption.

Arrival Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your first salon or spa service to allow adequate changing and relaxation time. In the event of a late arrival, please understand that each reservation is scheduled precisely and will end on time.

Attire For special events, a button-up shirt should be worn to protect your hairstyle. City Spa is not responsible for damages to garments worn during services. Spa guests are provided with complimentary use of bathrobes, sandals and disposable undergarments. Our spa professionals are trained in proper draping to ensure your modesty is respected at all times. We do not recommend wearing any jewelry during services.

The Sound of Silence For the consideration of others, City Spa is a cell phone-free environment. While we love children, our spa is an adult environment. Children are only permitted when receiving a service, and a guardian’s presence may be requested depending upon the service. The minimum age requirement for body and skin treatments is 18, unless accompanied by a guardian.

Products may be returned, with moderate use, within 10 days of purchase for salon credit only. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept a return on hair or cosmetic brushes.
