  • New to Copaco?

    To start selling Microsoft Cloud Services; customers need to be a reseller in NL/BE/LU and need to be registered at Copaco and the 2tCloud platform.

    Step 1 - Copaco registration

    • New NL Customer

    • New BE / LU Customer Note that if the form is filled in correctly the registration will process immediately!

  • (MPN ID) Make sure Microsoft can track your sales To make sure that Microsoft can still track your sales over Office 365, you must attach your Microsoft Partner Network ID number to the 2tCloud Platform via the Partner portal.

    MPN ID registration

    • Registration form via https://partner.2tcloud.com/account_settings (only available after login)

    Note: if you don’t have an MPN ID, you can sign up for free on Microsoft’s website

    Follow these steps:

    • Have your Live ID ready, or create one if you don’t have one

    • Complete your organization’s contact information

    • Complete your partner profile

    • Accept the Microsoft Partner Network legal agreement

  • How can I order a Microsoft Cloud Services Product? • Firstly reseller needs to be registered at Copaco and the 2tCloud platform

    • Step 1 – Login to the partner control panel Step 1A – Go to the billing section of the control panel Step 1B – Create a new customer

    • Step 2 – Reseller needs to logon to the control panel of the end customer Note that if a reseller wants to order Microsoft Cloud Services for own use, the reseller has to go to resellers own control panel!

    Complete Step 1A and 1B prior to ordering Microsoft Cloud Services on behalf of the end customer

    • Step 3 – Reseller needs to go to the store and press buy more services Note that when ordering CSP via the Control Panel you can get a notification that your *.onmicrosoft.com domain already exists. If this occurs please contact support at +31 (0)40 2306 205

    • Step 4 – Place and configure order

  • How can I use my Microsoft Cloud Services Product? • How to questions can be answered by the service desk • The service desk answers questions in Dutch and English • If a support engineer - who speaks your native language - is not available at

    the time of call, you will be answered in English. If necessary a callback request will be made!

    • Create a ticket via https://partner.2tcloud.com/support/ • Call support at +31 (0)40 2306 205 (support by phone only is availible after

    a ticket has been submitted) Note that calling support will not give you a higher priority or faster help.

  • How can I make a Quotation?

    To make a quotation please login to the partner portal quotation tool

    • Step 1 – Login to the partner portal  Step 1A – Go to the quotation section of the partner portal

    • Step 2 – Select the Microsoft Cloud product to add to the quotation  Step 2A – Select the desired Service  Step 2B – Select the desired Service Plan  Step 2C – Press the [add to quotation] link  Step 2D – Fill in the desired amount (keep in mind that 1 license is included in every subscription)  Step 2E – Press the [Add to quotation] button  Step 2F – [Generate PDF] via the button or add more products to the quotation via the [Back to Portfolio overview] button

    and repeat the steps

    • Step 3 – Send a Purchase Order to the Microsoft Sales team at microsoft@copaco.com
