We have a combined effort of 11.5 years of tertiary education, 7 years of university Bachelor of Health in Dermal Therapies education and 42 years of Beauty Industry working experience. A great effort from team of 6. We could not possibly conceive how many additional hours of product and skin health knowledge we have further committed to, but at a guess it would far exceed 1000 hours each.

In addition to feeling proud of our skin knowledge and skin delivery outcomes we also pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. We specialise in all things “lawshes” and have a well-respected reputation for waxing, especially eyebrow shaping and the most thorough, quick and pain free Brazilian waxing a girl could ever want. We also love treating our coastal man but unfortunately fellas cannot help with “manzini” area. We can help you with nostril and ear waxing.

Medi Facials are a fabulous way to relax and see instant change. Our medical strength facials are result orientated corrective treatments that are far superior to an ordinary facial. Age Defining Facial We’re not against ageing, we’re all for getting older, and we’d like to help you look and feel like the younger you. So everything in this facial is a little deeper and stronger penetrating, including treating your décolletage.

Problem Skin/Detox FacialAcne and congested skin can occur at any age, and when this happens it can be hard to feel confident. Our solution is the Detox Medi Facial. We combine Lactobotanical Peels (20-60% in strength) together with MLD, Manual Lymph Drainage. This deeply relaxing massage of MLD reduces swelling, redness, drains stagnant impurities and clears congestion. Children’s Policy

We cannot treat children under 12. Children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment areas of Soul Skin due to OH & S compliance.

Arrival

We recommend you arrive a few minutes early to give you some time to relax prior to your treatment

Running Late

Arriving on time allows you to enjoy the complete treatment that you have booked. Each of our appointments are scheduled to finish at a specific time, to allow our next client to also enjoy their full salon experience.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

$20 deposit will be taken for all bookings under one hour, $50 for all appointments over an hour and $50 per person for group bookings. 24 hour notice is required to change, move or alter your booking. Refunds will not be given with less than 24 hours notice.

Gift Vouchers The No. of the gift voucher must be quoted when booking. 24 hours notice is also required to change, alter or move your appointment. Less than 24 hours your gift certificate will be processed in full for the booking.
