where learning and fun lead to a natural progression of emotional, intellectual and social skills. Children aged 4 months to 12

years progress on a continuous basis thanks to our themed Learning Units.

Tuition Annual Membership per family £30PRICE PER CLASSAnnual payment £15Monthly payment £16.20 Monthly payments are £62 a month and will be automatically collected on a monthly basis on the anniversary of your first class. This allows you to attend one class a week and our member only practice times (under 3's can attend adhoc additional classes dependant on availability).

Blocks of 10 classes available for Under 3's, please ask the team for full details!

• Monthly payments are due via autopay on the 1st September to 1st July. Late payments will be charged at £15 per payment and may result in members losing their space.

• Your child will be automatically enrolled into the next year of classes, written notice of a full calendar month is required to cancel your membership.

• Your full or initial (dependant on you plan) payment for 2021/2022 will automatically be taken on 1st July 2021, unless written notice is received a month in advance.

• We will be closing from the 21st Dec - 3rd Jan & 2nd - 8th April. We will be open and running camps on the 21st/22nd/23rd & 29th/30th/31st Dec & 6th/7th/8th April.

POLICIES AT THE LITTLE GYM®

Family Membership Fee The annual membership fee is £30. As a member of The Little Gym, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday Camps and special events and you will have access to automatic enrolment in our future programmes. If you have opted-in to receive our promotional electronic communications, you will receive prior electronic notification of our events and offer periods. Fees must be paid prior to enrolment. Membership fees are non refundable and will be automatically invoiced every 12 months.

Make-Up /Cancellation Policy Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during the year for which tuition has been paid according to availability. Make ups can not be carried forward after the end of the year in July. Notification must be received no later than 9.30 am on the day of the class for you to be entitled to a make-up class. Please leave a message on our answering machine. Accounts may be frozen or funds used for other purchases in exceptional circumstances, such as injury.

Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Notice We require a full calendar months notice in writing if you wish to stop classes at any point and our leavers questionnaire must be completed to close your account. If you paid in full there are no refunds given, but funds can be kept on account to use at a later date. Class Observation Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the lobby. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class.

Responsibilities We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for seeing the safe entry and exit of their children.

Behavioural Issues If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or staff members during class or special events, we will make every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event.

Parent-Child (4-36 months) As parents, you take part in these fun and interactive classes,

celebrating the exploration of basic motor and social skills together with your child.

Pre-School Gymnastics (3-6 years) This progressive programme introduces children to

gymnastics and helps them develop motor, social, and cognitive skills.

Primary School Gymnastics (6-12 years) Beginners, intermediate and advanced classes in which

students conquer the mat, vault, bar and beam. Holiday Camps

During the school holidays, rain or shine, The LittleGym® half-day camps

provide children with a fabulous variety of fun, activity, learning and

creativity. Themed sessions that change every week stimulate

physical and motor-skill development with games and gymnastics, all in the

care of our qualified and dedicated team of instructors.

The Big Birthday Party!

The Little Gym® offers fully supervised gymnastic based, private parties for children of all ages. Parties, led by two of our fully qualified instructors, are filled with music, games, obstacle courses and lots of laughter and FUN.
