DESCRIPTION

Self-priming centrifugal pumps, with open or semi-openimpeller, wear plate, and mechanical seal. With a robustdesign, they are suitable to be driven by electric motors or,gasoline or diesel engines.

As the pumps in the AU series are self-priming, they workwithout foot valves, and it is not necessary for the suction pipeto be primed. As long as some water remains in the pumphousing, the pump will work automatically, generating a totalhead of 8 w.c.m., depending on pumping flow.

Filling time for suction pipe depends on the size of the pump andthe length and diameter of said pipe or hose.

APPLICATIONS

Designed for the pumping of dirty or sandy water, as well as waterwhich has particles in suspension, they are specially useful in:

- Draining and drying foundations and building sites- Transfer of water from rivers and canals- Draining of mine and quarry faces- Draining ship bilges- General or localized flooding- Extinguishing fires in rural areas- Emergency water supplying

RANGE OF THE SERIES

The AU Series comprises a total of 19 different models, basedon 9 pump sizes, where each size allows one or various typesof impellers or different widths.

CONSTRUCTION

The AU series of ITUR Pumps comes in five versions:

- Bare-shaft pump- Monobloc electric pump (up to 7'5 HP)- Monobloc gasoline engine pump (AU-11/2 G, AU-2 G y AU-3 G)- Pump with electic motor on base plate, with semi-elastic coupling- Diesel engine pump on base plate, with semi-elastic coupling

This range of pumps can be completed by choosing the appropriateaccessories for each type of installation (see accessories on pág. 9).

DESCRIPTION

Self-priming centrifugal pumps, with open or semi-openimpeller, wear plate, and mehanical seal. With a robustdesign, they are suitable to be driven by electric motors or,gasoline or diesel engines.

As the pumps in the AU series are self-priming, they workwithout foot valves, and it is not necessary for the suction pipeto be primed. As long as some water remains in the pumphousing, the pump will work automatically, generating a totalhead of 8 w.c.m., depending on pumping flow.

Filling time for suction pipe depends on the size of the pump andthe length and diameter of said pipe or hose.

APPLICATIONS

Designed for the pumping of dirty or sandy water, as well as waterwhich has particles in suspension, they are specially useful in:

- Draining and drying foundations and building sites- Transfer of water from rivers and canals- Draining of mine and quarry faces- Draining ship bilges- General or localized flooding- Extinguishing fires in rural areas- Emergency water supplying

The AU series of ITUR Pumps comes in five versions:
