SCR 방식의 장비 ( 내부정류방식 의 장비 ) 의 단점 :

1. Rising Time 이 오래 걸린다 .2. 출력전류에 과도한 AC Ripple(AC 노이즈 ) 이 포함 되어 있다3. 주변 모든 전자장비의 정상적인 작동을 방해하며 , 주변 장비를 손상시킬 수 있다 .4. 정밀도가 낮아 출력전류의 변동 (UP & Down) 이 심하여 정상적인 실험불가함 .5. 충전에서 방전 , 방전에서 충전으로 Switching Time 이 오래 걸린다 .6. 장비고장 시 수리에 많은 시간이 소요되거나 수리불가능 상태가 될 수 있다 .7. 장비의 재 교정 주기가 짧으며 , 사용연한 ( 장비의 수명 ) 이 짧다 .8. 동일한 모델의 장비도 장비간 서로 정밀도의 차이가 심하게 나타날 수 있다 . 또한 모든 장비가 다르게 제조되므로 제조하는 장비에 대한 검증된 사양이 없다 . ( 이러한 단점들을 구체적으로 회사별 정확한 자료를 근거로 재확인하여 검증하는 것이 바람직합니다 ) 이들 장비를 이미 구매하여 사용한 고객들은 한결같이 상기의 불만을 경험 하였으며 , 새로운 장비 구매 시 이들 장비의 구매를 꺼리는 경향이 있으므로 이들 장비의 제조사 와 사용자 에게 재확인하여 특성을 정확히 분석 검증한 후 구매하는 것이 바람직합니다 NOTE: 기존 납품된 타사 거의 모든 시스템이 사용불능상태 이거나 거의 활용을 하지 않는 상태로 알려짐 일부 장비는 도입 후부터 거의 활용이 불가능한 상태임 )

이러한 이유로 기존 전통적인 배터리 ( 산업용 및 자동차용 ) 제조사 알려진 회사 들의 장비가 전기자동차용 리튬전지 , 슈퍼패시터 기타 신형 전지팩 시험에 사용 되지 않는 근본적인 이유는 장비의 성능과 신뢰성과 매우 부적합 하기 때문임

거의모든 1 세대 형 장비는SCR 타입 임

100V 이상의 SYSTEM 을 제조 공급하는 회사는 거의 없습니다 .

- 독일의 D 사와 미국의 B 사는 산업용배터리시스템 을 공급한 실적이 있는 회사입니다 산업용배터리는 12V BATTERY 를 위한 장비가 최대전압 이므로 12V 이하의 장비 ( 경우에 따라 36V OR 48V SYSTEM) 만 주로 공급을 하였으므로 250V /300A 같은 고전압 고전류 장비는 공급이 불가능한 것으로 알고 있습니다 . 만약 공급이 가능하다면 매우 불안한 모험적인 장비가 공급되어질 것이며 고장이 발생하거나 성능에 문제가 발생하면 대응이 불가능합니다 ( 실제로 그러한 상황이 국내업체에서 발생한 것으로 알고 있음 ). - 미국의 A 사 (AVIATION 관련회사 ) 에서는 400V/400A SYSTEM 을 공급을 하나 이 회사는 AVIATION 에 경험이 있을뿐 , 충방전장비 전문회사가 아니므로 장비의 기능이 다양하지 않으며 , 출력전류에 노이즈 (NOISE) 가 매우 심하고 , 신뢰성이 낮은 관계로 초기에는 이러한 사실을 알 수 없는 관계로 일부에서 구매하였으나 현재에는 거의 사용이 되지 않는 경향인 것으로 파악하고 있습니다 .

- 일본계장비 또한 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 SCR 방식이며 , 고용량장비에 거의 경험이 없으므로 고용량장비는 공급이 불가능하거나 매우 모함적인 장비가 납품될 우려가 있습니다

고 용량 장비를 공급하여 실패사례 - 독일의 D 사 는 M 사에 고용량 장비를 공급하였는데 신규납품 시 부터 정상작동 되지 안으며 , 수리 또한 거의 불가능한 상태로 파악하고 있음 (?). M 사는 이 회사 제품을 더 이상 구매하지 않는 것으로 파악하고 있음 (?)

- 미국의 B 사 는 고 용량 장비를 거의 공급하지 않음 고 용량 장비를 공급 할 수 없는 것으로 판단됨 (?) ( 한국의 N 에서는 아예 장비를 사용하지않고 한쪽에 방치처리 하고 있음 )

- 미국의 A 사 장비를 한번 구매한 고객은 절대로 재 구매를 하지 않는 경향 . 이는 미국에서도 같은현상으로 보고되는 것으로 알고 있음 . (?). 국내 여러 회사에서 A 사 제품을 구매하였으나 구매 후 2-3 년 이내에 거의 모두 사용하지 않음 ( 장비의 신뢰성에 심각한 문제가 있는 것으로 보여짐 ??)

- 일본계장비 는 거의 납품실적이 전무하며 ( 고 용량장비 ), 한국을 제외한 해외에서는 연구용으로 판매하는 소 용량 장비도 거의 사용되지 않는 장비임 . ( 이것은 장비가 1 세대형 장비이기 때문에 연구용으로는 부적합한 것으로 판단됨 (?)). 그르므로 신뢰성 있는 고 용량 장비를 공급 가능한 회사는 세계적으로 유일함
