on 23rd and 24th June 2011, serenata will host three stunning concerts at the prestigious and renowned Hurlingham Club in south west London. For the first time in hurlingham’s history a major classical music event will be held in the georgian splendour of their club and grounds.

star-studded performances from some of the world’s greatest classical musicians and singers, crossover artists and classical cabaret will combine to create a unique blend of entertainment that make Serenata one of the most dynamic and innovative classical music events in the UK today.

The Experience

bordering the thames in fulham and set in 42 acres of magnificent grounds, The Hurlingham Club is a green oasis of tradition and international renown. the striking georgian clubhouse effortlessly combines timeless elegance with state of the art events facilities.

over the years, the house has played host to prime ministers, governors of the bank of england and members of the royal family, to include Queen victoria’s jubilees in 1887 and 1897 and, more recently, the club’s current patron his royal highness the duke of edinburgh.

serenata will join a prestigious group of annual events held at the hurlingham that include the wimbledon ball, the hurlingham ball and the boat race ball, and serenata is the first major Classical Music event to be held at the Club.
