SKYPE - I'm flexible. We'll chat about your wedding day, confirm

your date, and discuss all the fun details. I'll show you examples of

beautiful custom wedding albums and other items that can become your

cherished wedding day heirlooms. Together, we'll select the perfect

package for your wedding.

Once we confirm the details, I'll prepare your contract. After you return

your signed contract and the retainer fee, I'm officially your wedding

photographer!

The Next Steps - What You Should Expect

6 Weeks Before Your Wedding: I send a questionnaire to get all your

details, so I can start planning your shoot.

4 Weeks Before Your Wedding: Your final payment is due.

2 Weeks Before Your Wedding: We confirm the details from your ques­

tionnaire and address changes or questions.

Your Wedding Day: I follow your timeline as your day unfolds.

1 Week After Your Wedding: Sneak peek images are posted to Face­

book and my blog for your friends and family to view.

3 Weeks After Your Wedding: At your viewing session, edited images

and your album design are revealed and we place orders for prints, can­

vases and other items.

45 Days After Your Wedding: Your wedding album arrives. Most of

your other printed items should already be in your hands.

Engagement sessions add so much to the story of who you are as a

couple right now, and they're an ideal way to become more comfortable

in front of my lens before your wedding day.

Your engagement session can be as simple as a stroll through your fa­

vorite park, an intimate meal at your favorite cafe, or even a romantic

return to where he proposed - anything you can imagine to share the

imagery of your personal love story.

Formal or informal, images from your engagement session are beautiful

additions to your wedding album, and also make a wonderful sign­

ing book. They help to craft the whole story, and can even be used for

Save-the-Date cards, Invitations or Thank You cards.

Memorable weddings don't just happen. They take a bit of organization.

To ensure a smooth flow of beautifully captured memories of your

day, a timeline of wedding events will help guide your planning.

Getting Ready: The Bride & Groom - 1.5 to 2.0 hours

Plan for some additional time for photos at the salon, and if you're

planning a "first look".

The Wedding Ceremony - 15 minutes to 1.5 hours

The length of your ceremony may vary widely. Afterward, allow

more time for formal portraits (if planned) to allow your guests to

leave the church or venue.

Formal Group & Family Portraits - 30 minutes to 1.0 hour

Formal portrait timing can vary widely depending on group size and

family/group combinations.

Wedding Party & The Newlywed Couple - 1.0 to 3.0 hours

Timing can depend largely on the venue, size of the bridal party and

variety of poses.

Your Reception - 2.0 to 6.0 hours

Your first dance, cutting the cake, dancing guests, friends and family

sharing your joy.

The sumptuous pre-designed Signature Photo Book is, in a word,

spectacular. Printed on eggshell archival paper and carefully

hand-bound, it's the perfect showcase for favorite photos of a splen­

did wedding, If selected, you will be able to choose up to 98 images

to tell your beautiful love story from your special day. You will be able

to choose your favorite images at the proofing stage. Once the images

are chosen, your customized album will be printed and ready in ap­

proximately 3 weeks.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU'VE BEEN DEDICATED TO PHOTOG­

I've been photographing people ever since I can remember, but was completely

smitten with wedding photography when I planned my own wedding. Since

then, I gradually grew our business as wedding photographers for the last few

years with my husband.

HOW LONG DO WE WAIT UNTIL WE CAN SEE OUR PHOTOS?

Usually, images will be available for proofing within 3-4 weeks after

your event. However, I make sure that your get a sneak peek on my
