• Establish Study Area/Traffic Study Scope• Coordination with Planning Department staff• Establish study parameters & intersections

• School located within the Bethesda CBD Policy Area, which currently is “exempt” from the transit test and is “adequate” for the roadway test

• The project therefore satisfies both the Local Area Transportation Review (LATR) and Transportation Policy Area Review (TPAR) requirements of the regulatory Adequate Public Facilities (APF) test
