Dear Mr. Goss

Despite your client’s best attempts to alienate me from my children and continuedenying me visitation, I was able to spend some brief moments with my children thisSaturday September 22nd.

Child Protective Services - Concealment and Child Intimidation

In talking with Olivia, she mentioned that she had been interviewed by CPS and that her

father had threatened her not to speak to me about it. I asked Elizabeth about thewoman from CPS and if the woman had treated her nicely. Elizabeth was extremelyhesitant and looked fearful. Elizabeth indicated that the woman from CPS had treatedher nicely. When I inquired further, Elizabeth became very fearful and stated she didn’twant to get into trouble with her father.

I have two serious issues with both your client and your law offices regarding the CPSissue;

1. Why have I not been notified by your client or your offices that Child ProtectiveServices have spoken with my children and that there may be an investigation and

further that my children may be in danger or have been harmed? It appears your officesand your client is continuing to withhold information about the children’s health and wellbeing from their mother. According to the advocacy groups and state agencies I amconsulting with, this is a big problem for your client.

2. Your client continues to create maternal alienation and child abuse by threateningand emotionally abusing the children in an effort to withhold critically important

parenting information from me. Again, my research indicates this is particularlyproblematic for your client.

I am formally requesting that your offices immediately provide me with all or anydocumentation related to Child Protective Services involvement with my children. I also

request the contact information for any Child Protective Services personnel known to beassociated with the case in any manner. I expect a complete report of exactly whatprompted the agency to become involved, what actions they have taken and any furtheractions that have planned.

Concealment of Medical Procedure for Olivia - Physical and Emotional Damages

During my brief visit, Olivia updated me on her ongoing stomach issues and theconstant stress and anxiety she is experiencing since starting school and being forcedto reside with Mr. Bowerman by virtue of the falsified and fraudulent custody relateddocument forwarded to me via the US Mail by your son, Mark Goss.

Olivia informed me that her medical appointments for her stomach pains have resultedin the scheduling of a severe diagnostic procedure involving the invasive insertion of ascope down her throat. She has been further informed that there is the danger that theprocedure could result in a puncture of her stomach or intestine as samples will betaken during the arthoscopic procedure. Olivia is terrified of the procedure and beggedme to be sure I was there for her. I am shocked and dismayed that this medicalprocedure has been diagnosed and confirmed with absolutely NO NOTIFICATION tome, Olivia’s mother. Mr. Goss, what is wrong with your client and your law firm? Whydo you continue to harm my children and assist Mr. Bowerman in isolating the childrenand alienating them from their mother? I am speechless and shocked. This behavior is

abusive and reprehensible.

Will you please display some character, some compassion, some decency and provideme with all the relevant documentation and information regarding Olivia’s condition,diagnosis, treatment and prognosis? This constant stress that Olivia is living under withher father is exacerbating her stomach condition. Mr. Bowerman’s continued efforts toalienate Olivia from me and inhibit our visitation time is clearly emotionally andphysically abusive to Olivia. His attempt to conceal the upcoming procedure from meand then leading Olivia to believe she would undergo the procedure alone, without mebeing there, is simply cruel...period.

I look forward to the prompt receipt of the requested information.
