Greetings Reid Temple Family,

Our primary commitment as a church has always been to preaching and teaching God’s word, to the commission to reach lost souls, and to developing spiritually mature disciples for Christ.

This has been our focus throughout our history as we have gone from Michigan Avenue, to Good Luck Road, to Glenn Dale and Silver Spring, and it will remain our singular focus for years to come. We have taken each step of this journey by faith, and God has proven time and time again that He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him.

This is what we celebrate during the upcoming Anniversaries this month and next. WewouldliketoexpressourthankstothePastor’sAgapeSocietyfortheireffortsin planning the 32nd Annual Pastoral Anniversary. We are especially excited about the preparation associated with the upcoming Day of Service, which is yet another chance for our church to engage the broader community and to serve families and individuals that need our ministry, care and support the most.

In September we will be sharing with you an important vision God has given us and we are excited about what it will mean for our church.

We continue to believe we are blessed because we are steadfast in our commitment to Christ. Our prayer is that God will continue to use Reid Temple mightily for His glory. There is yet more work for us to do on the road ahead!
