Równierz 1 września obchodzimy smutną tatę rozpoczęcia drugiej wojy swiatowej, dlatego w szczególny sposób pamiętajmy w swoich modlitwach wszystkich kto stracił życie w tej wojnie. SPOWIEDŹ ŚW. Zazwyczaj Jest dostępna w każdą Sobotę, od 4 pm. do 5pm, czyli od, 16: 00 do 17: 00. W 1 i 3 sobotę miesiąca, w języku Polskim, Ukraińskim, Białoruskim, Rosyjskim Angielskim, i Hiszpańskim. Oraz w każdą Niedzielę po zakończeniu Polskiej Mszy św. czyli, po 18: 00 (6pm.) we wszystkich wspomnianych językach oprócz hiszpańskiego. Uwaga! ale w 2 i 4 sobotę spowiedz św. jest tylko w Języku Angielskim i hiszpańskim. From the Pastor’s Desk, The Church and Our Challenges

Since I attended grammar, high school and more so in my Seminary years I have been both challenged and intrigued by the sense of division along with unity, sinfulness and holiness, clemency and toughness in the Church; later on in my life I learned that many great people before and surely, after me, have had and will have the same or similar feelings about our Mother Church. One of those was G.K. Chesterton who wrote marvelously about Catholicism coming himself from a Protestant tradition in England. As your pastor and brother priest, I want you to take this unsettling as well as difficult time in the history of the Church to reflect and study more seriously than ever on the nature, essence and different aspects of our Church. In this regard, it is critically important to read the Church’s Documents. It was said that when the great French theologian Henry De Lubac was questioned by the Holy See about one of his theological works instead of resenting the Church, took time to study and wrote a wonderful book “Meditations on the Church”; that’s the way we should take nowadays crisis, if we are going to grow rather than succumb to it. May God Almighty lead us all to a better understanding of His unfathomable mysteries now and forever.

Religious Ed. - Catechesis We have registration on Sunday, Sept. 2nd from 9:00AM to 1:00PM in our hall We are still searching for a part-time DRE in connection with the Diocesan office for the Catholic Education named Secretariat for Evangelization and Catechesis, chaired by Ted. Musco. Catechetical Sunday, September 16, 2018; we will bless all catechists and the children beginning a new cat-echetical and pastoral year.

Civil Holiday Monday, September 3rd is Labor Day, the 9:00AM Mass will be said for all the workers in USA and abroad but the office will be closed. Del Escritorio del Párroco, La Iglesia y los desafíos Muy querida hermanos y hermanas en el Señor, como creyentes, estamos viviendo tiempos muy difíciles; lo que nuestros abuelos quizás ni soñaron y nuestros padres leyeron en novelas futuristas o de ciencia ficción, nosotros estamos viviendo y experimentando. La combinación de una profunda crisis cultural (llamada agen-da de “genero”) en la que, muchos Gobiernos, en diferentes partes del mundo, están empujando a sus ciuda-danos a aceptar todo tipo de expresión sexual como normal y aceptable, así como los escándalos en los que, directa o indirectamente, están implicados muchos Jerarcas de la Iglesia. Como párroco y hermano de ustedes todos, les pido encarecidamente tres (3) cosas (que yo estoy también tratando de hacer). 1. Orar por la Iglesia y sus ministros (en especial Su Santidad el Papa Francisco) 2. Estudiar qué es la Iglesia; La Esposa de Cristo, Santa e Inmaculada. 3. Propagar la Fe en el Cristo Vivo, anunciado por la Iglesia Si aprovechamos la ocasión que estos tiempos nos dan NO nos vamos a desanimar sino a crecer en la FE.
